　　4、瓷砖表面色泽一致、接缝均匀，周边顺直、砖面无裂纹、掉角缺粉等现象。

　　5、卫生间地面坡度满足排水要求，不倒流水、无积水、与地漏结合处严密牢固。

　　6、铺贴瓷砖、地砖允许偏差为接缝平直小于等于3mm，接缝高低小于2mm。

　　7、瓷、地砖损耗按10%计算。

　　二、别墅装修油漆工程验收标准

　　1、油漆工程应待油漆工程完成并干燥后，方可进行验收。

　　2、油漆工程不允许存在漏刷、脱皮、斑迹。

　　3、检查所用油漆品牌、颜色应符合住户要求、设计选定的样片要求。

　　4、棕眼必须全部刮平。

采用清水漆、腊克、亚光腊克的表面，木纹必须清晰。

　　5、油漆表面上不允许有流挂、棕眼、皱皮、针眼孔。

　　6、油漆颜色基本一致、无刷纹。

油漆表面应平整、光洁。

　　7、油漆工程应保证周边五金配件、玻璃洁净。

　　三、别墅装修木工工程验收标准

　　1、门窗框与墙体间应填塞饱满。

　　2、门窗裁口须直、刨面平整，开关灵活，无倒翘。

　　3、门窗小五金安装位置适宜，槽边整齐，小五金种类齐全，木螺丝拧紧。

　　4、木工吊壁柜安装后，牢固、无松动。

　　5、吊柜吊装可靠、安全，与墙面、顶棚面紧靠，无缝隙。

　　四、别墅装修中水电工程验收标准

　　1、水电验收时用到的工具

　　简易试压工具测试工具包括试压泵、活动扳手、六角外丝、生料带、堵头等，其它可能用到的还包括千斤顶、压力表、水箱、连接软管和摇表等。

　　2、水电验收前的准备工作

　　用软管将所试冷热水管连通形成一个圈，这时的压力为0;

将除试压管道最低一个出水口以外的其它出水口用堵头严密封堵，推荐使用坚实耐用的铜堵头等金属堵头。

　　3、水路验收先试压

（1）打开进水阀，从管道最低出水口缓慢注水，充分排出管道内气体后拧紧试压泵开关。

（2）关闭总进水阀，对管道缓缓升压，升压至规定的试验压力后，观察接头、堵头是否漏水。

　　（3）PPR、铝塑PPR、钢塑PPR等焊接管保持12小时以上，铝塑管、镀锌管等非焊接管保持24个小时小时以上，压力保持视为合格。

压力下降不超过0.05MPa为合格。

　　4、水检测出水口是否通畅

　　电验收后要注意卸压测试压合格后，将管端接上配水件，以工作压力供水，分批开启配水件，检测各出水口是否畅通。

　　5、水电验收的相关标准和注意事项

（1）试验水管压力应为管道系统工作压力的1.5倍，且不得小于0.6MPa，压力值一般在0.6MPa-0.8MPa之间，不是越大越好，加压时间也不是越长越好。

（2）埋在地坪面层和墙体内的管道，封槽前必须进行水压试验。

　　（3）试压时管道应固定，管道接头需明露，管道各出水口不得连接配水器具。

　　（4）采用热熔连接的管道，水压试验应在管道安装完成24小时后进行。

　　（5）测试不合格的其他原因：

堵头没有装好、截止阀型总进水阀有质量问题。

　　6、电气要符合电气施工标准

　　电气要符合建筑电气工程施工质量验收规范GB50303-2002的标准。
