NETWORK:

customerdependentparameters,relatedtothenetworktopology,definedbythecustomerandvalidforthecompletenetwork（e.g.BTSname,CellID,LACnumber...）.TheycanbeadjustedbyCDEscriptsorbyexternalmigrationscripts,usedbyCMA.

SITE:

adjustableparametersfromonecelltothenextorfromoneBSCtothenext.Theyaresettoadefaultvalue.TheycanbeadjustedfromtheOMC-R.
