木屑机使用说明中英文对照
1.概述：
鼓式削片机是生产木片的专用工具，广泛应用于刨花板、纤维板、造纸厂和发电厂等工业生产中的备料工段及木片生产厂,小型鼓式削片机还是工厂实验室制备原料的最佳设备。
鼓式削片机的切削原料主要是小直径木材采伐剩余物（枝丫，枝条）和木材原材加工剩余物（板皮、板条。
圆木芯、废单板等），也可以来切削非原木原料（如甘蔗、芦苇、毛竹等），大直径木材，MX215型不大于200mm,MX218型不大于280mm.
MX系列鼓式削片机结构紧凑合理、操作简单、生产能力强、原料适应性广、切削木片质量高，安全可靠，维修方便，是目前国内外比较先进的一种削片机。
1.Oultline:

Therawmaterialsofsawdustmachinearemainlysmall-diametertimberharvestingresidues（branches,twigs）andwoodrawmaterialsprocessingresidues（skins,lath.Logscore,veneerwaste,etc.）,canalsocuttingnon-woodcuttingmaterials（suchassugarcane,reed,bamboo,etc.）,large-diametertimber,ThematerialofMX215typeisnotgreaterthan200mmandMX218typeisnotgreaterthan280mm.
MXSeriessawdustmachinehavethecompactstructure,simpleoperation,strongproductioncapacity,wideadaptabilityofrawmaterials,high-qualitywoodcutting,safe,reliable,easymaintenance,isamoreadvancedsawdustathomeandabroad.
2.机器的安装与进出料系统
⏹安装
⏹鼓式削片机主机可以安装在混凝土或钢制支撑结构的基础上，用地窖螺栓固定或焊接在预埋铁上，为了打开罩盖更换飞刀和装拆底刀座，必须按“安装基础示意图”中所提供饿尺寸，保证有足够的空间位置；
⏹a、在安装三角带前，要适当缩短皮带轮间距，以便于装三角带，不允许用铁棒等进行强制安装，以免损坏三角带;
b、用直尺或拉线检查两轮端面的直线度。
保证两轮端面在用一平面内;
c、检查三角带预紧力（请参考表1）

A、Beforeinstallthetriangle,toshortenthepulleyproperspacing,inordertoinatllbelts.Withusingironbarsandothersarenotallowedtoforcetheinstallation,avoiddamagetothebelt
B、witharulerorstraightcableendfaceinspectiontwodegrees.Guaranteedroundswithaplaneendface;

d、在机器满载运转2-3小时后，再次检查三角带张进度，并进行必要的调整。

⏹进料装置
鼓式削片机有皮带输送机均匀进料。
⏹Chargeequipment

⏹出料装置
出料装置可以有多种形式，如气流输送、链式刮板机输送、皮带输送机输送、斗式提升机输送等等，出料方式根据生产工艺布置决定，单不论采用何种形式，出料装置的出料量必须与鼓式削片机的生产能力相适应，即切出的木片要能及时输出，不能产生堵塞，如用气流输送的更应该注意这一点。

Regardlessoftheformofthesingle,thefeedingamountofthefeedingdevicemustbethesawdustmachineproductioncapacitytoadapt,thatiscutoutofthewoodtobeabletopromptlyoutput,cannotproducecongestion,suchastheuseofairtransportationshouldpayattentiontothispoint.
3、主要结构
鼓式削片机有机座、刀辊、上、下喂料机构，送料装置和液压缓冲系统及电气控制系统所组成；

⏹机座
机座采用高强度钢板焊接而成，是整台机器的支撑基础，底刀座支撑与机座焊为一体，用于安放底刀座，底刀用于专门制造的高强度螺栓（12.9级）通过压力刀板固定底刀座上，底刀座可通过机座墙板侧面的孔自由抽出，它靠两块斜铁杆可再次破碎。
⏹Base
Basemadeofhighstrengthsteelplatesweldedtogether,thefoundationistosupportthewholemachine,supportandbedknifeholderbaseweldedintoone,forreceivingtheendoftheknife,theknifebottomspeciallymanufacturedforhighstrengthbolts（12.9）bytheendofthepressureplateisfixedbladeknifeseat,bottomknifethroughthesidewalloftheholestandfreelydrawn,itcanbebrokenbytwoobliquehardcoreagain.
⏹刀辊是鼓式削片机的主要工作部分，它具有较好的刚性和惯性，并经过平衡实验；
主轴和刀辊通过锁紧装置或平键连接，其结构紧凑合理、拆装方便、使用可靠，主轴两端由自动调心滚子轴承支撑，轴承座固定在机座上。
刀辊上装有两把或三把飞刀，用专门制作的飞刀螺栓通过压刀板固定在刀辊上。
