JaneAustenwasoneofthemostfamouswomenwritersatthattime.JaneAustenwhowasbornin1775anddiedin1817wasborninavillagecalledStevensoninHampshire.Fromthe18th-centurytothe19th-century,shemadeherownstyleaboutthenovelintheEnglishliterature.JaneAustendidn’tmarriagealthoughshehavecreatedmanynovelsabouttheloveandmarriage.Atthesametime,shedidn’twenttoschoolandbeeducatedbytheteachers.Butshereadverymuchbyherself,andshestudybyherself.HerfriendinalongtimewasoneofhersisterswhowascalledCassandra.Theyarebothnotmarriedwiththemenwhotheyloved.ThefriendsandtherelativesarethemainhelpertoJaneAusten,becauseallofthemareveryhelpfultothenovelthatJaneAustenhavecreated.Andtheyaretheaudiencestohernovels.Shebegantowritewhenshewas19or20.Herfirstnovel,SenseandSensibility,wasfinishedin1811.Hernextnovel,whichiscalledPrideandPrejudice,washer“owndarlingchild”.Itwashighlyreviewedatthattimein1813.MansfieldParkwaspublishedin1814,thenEmmawaspublishedin1816,NorthangerAbbeywaspublishedin1818,andthenPersuasionwaspublishedin1818.
