Abstract

Theglobaleconomicdevelopment,thecontainerquicklyraisedupintoexports.Rapidgrowthoftheimportandexportcargothroughputbringstothecontainerterminallargerbenefitsatthesametimeincreasetheburdenoftheport,havehigherrequirementsontheterminaloperationefficiency.Howistheexistingequipmentofcontainerterminals,reasonableresourceallocationandscheduling,iscommonproblemfacingthecontainerterminal.Therefore,howtoimprovetheterminalfacilitiessuchasthemaximumutilizationofresources,tomeettheincreasingportdemand,improvetheircompetitiveadvantage,andhasmorepracticalmeaningtoimprovetheworkingefficiencyofthecontainerterminal.Themaincontentofthisstudyisberth,gantrycranesandsetcardco-allocationresearch,hasplanstoallshiptotheportassignmentsduringmathematicalmodelisestablishedwiththetargetofminimumcost,accordingtothecharacteristicsofthescalemodelbygeneticalgorithm,finallyvalidatestheeffectivenessofthemodel.

1Introduction

Berthscheduling(berthallocation)referstothevesselarrivalbeforeorafteraccordingtoeachberthfreeconditionandphysicalconditionoftheconstraintforshipberthingberthandberthingorder.Toportberthschedulingoptimizationresearchhasmadeimportantprogress,butresearchisonlylimitedtothesingleschedulingberthandshorebridge.Ofberthschedulingprobleminrecentyearshasbeenbasedonsimpleberthschedulingconsideringmorefactors,butonlyforgantrycranesoperatingsequencewhenperformingaspecificloadingandunloadingofmicroscopicoptimization.Containershipsintheportoftimedependonhowwelltheberthschedulingononehand,ontheotherhanddependsonthecompletionoftasksofgantrycranesloadingandunloadingtime.GantrycranesloadingandunloadingtimetasksassignedbytheShoreBridgeandgantrycranesschedulingtwolinkform.Gantrycranesallocationisreasonablyallocatedtotheshiptoshorebridge.Schedulingisabridgeacrosstherivershorebridgebetweenloadingandunloadingtaskscheduling.Forcontainerterminalhowtooutofberthallocation,andcollaborativeschedulingshorebridgesetcardeffectiveallocationandthearrangementofthecontaineryard,etcarethemainfactorsinfluencingtheefficiencyofportoperations.

2Literaturereview

Berth,gantrycranesandsetcardconfigurationandoperationqualitydirectlydeterminestheoperationalefficiencyofcontainerports.Containerportwhethercanmeetcustomerdemanddependsonwhethertheschedulingofabetter,affectingthecompetitivenessoftheport.Sohowtocoordinatethethreeconfigurationsandschedulingcausedthewideattentionofscholarsbothathomeandabroad.Mostexpertsandscholarsindifferentcircumstancesporthardwarefacilitiesaccordingtothedifferentmethodsofberth,gantrycranes,setcardandetcwerestudied.Inrecentyears,theberth,shoreandsetschedulingandallocationproblemofstudytobecomeahottopic,scholarsinawiderangeoffurtherresearch.

2.1Researchonberthallocationproblem

Edmondwillberthallocationproblemasqueuingtheoryforthefirsttime,andestablishthemathematicalmodelresearchberthallocationproblem.LaiandShihtoadoptrulesfirstcomefirstserviceberthallocationproblem,anddesignthecorrespondingheuristicalgorithmfortheoptimizationofthemathematicalmodeloftheberthallocation,andtoobtaintheberthallocationtowaitforthemooringtime,andtheaverageberthutilizationindicatorsforevaluation.Provethefeasibilityofobtainedberthallocationscheme.Kiinmixedintegerprogrammingmodelisestablishedtostudytheforlargecontainershipberthallocationproblemtodeterminetheshipdockedlocationandtime,thedesignofsimulatedannealingalgorithmtosolvethemodel.Sincethen,manyscholarsstudyofberthallocationproblemschemecomparedwithKim.Imairespectivelystudiedanddynamictostatictotheporttoportberthallocationproblem,atthesametimetheberthallocationintheprocessofcontainershipisintroducedintotheberthtimepriority,berthallocationwasstudiedfortheshiptoport.Later,MrImaiandSuntoadoptcontinuousgeographicalspacetostudythemethodofcontinuousberthallocation,establishedthemathematicalmodeloftheminimumvesselwaitingtimeandoperationtimeandcoefficientusingLaGrangerelaxationalgorithmtosolve.Hansen,consideringthescheduleandshipdockedpreferencelocationproblems,suchassettingtheberthschedulingoptimizationgoalforwaitingtimewhileminimizingoftheship.Atthesametimedescribeswhatpreferencepositionoftheshipis.Leealsoadopttherulesoffirstcomefirstservicetoresearchintotheportshipberthallocationproblem,designthecorrespondingheuristicalgorithmtosolvetheberthallocationmodel.Afterthis,Leeandshipattheportofallresearchcycletooverallintheshortesttimecontinuousberthallocationproblemforthetargetresearch,throughrandomgreedyadaptivesearchalgorithmtosolvethemodel.

2.2ResearchonShoreBridgefactorsproblem

Diazolein1989forthefirsttimeputforwardtheconceptofgantrycranesschedulingbytheauthorandamixedintegerprogrammingmodelwasestablishedtosolvethemodeltodeterminethedistributionofeachshiptotheshorebridge.ParkandKimfirststudiedthestatictotheportofberthandgantrycranesschedulingproblem.Limunderinterferenceconstraintmadethegantrycranesschedulingdecisionsmadebyabranchandboundmethodwillbeaperiodoftimethelatestshiptominimizethedeparturetimeofthisalgorithmabilityislimitedbutsimulatedannealingmethodfeasiblesolutioncanbeobtainedforthesamequestionthenalsohasusedthegeneticalgorithmandgreedyalgorithm.Musselandhadtouseamorerealisticshorebridgeresourcesusefunctiontoreplacethemethodoflinearhypothesisthispaperproposesanewmodeltoimproveinsufficientcorrectedsimulationinthestudyoflandbridgeinfrontoftheinterferenceconstrainterrorandputforwardaimprovedmodelthanotheralgorithmsaregoodbeforefastbranchandboundmethodbasedonone-wayoperations.Bierwirthtobefore2010toberthallocationproblem,taskallocationproblemshorebridge,gantrycranesschedulingproblemofresearchliteraturemadeadetailedstatisticsandinvestigationandstudyanalysis.Shipmovementwerestudiedusinggeneticalgorithmreachesthecaseoffixedalongsideberthsandgantrycranesschedulingproblem,homeworkandassumesthateachshipshorebridgenumberisfixed,theoptimizationgoaltominimizeshippingtimeinHongKong.Atpresentscholarstocontainerterminalberthallocation,gantrycranesschedulingandallocation,setoperationssuchaspathplanningaredetailedstudies.Theymainlyfromtheperspectiveoftimeandeconomiccostandsoon,studiestheoptimizationofcontainerterminalhandlingoperationlinkresearch,makestheanticipatedgoalofoptimal.Butcanbeseenfromthecollectedliteratureathomeandabroad,theresearchofthecontainerterminalalthoughin-depthandmeticulous,buttherearestillinsufficient.Atpresentstudymainlyjusttocontainerterminaloperationofasinglelinkajobschedulingoptimization,orarethetwoassignmentslinkjointschedulingoptimizationresearch.However,containerterminalberthallocation,shorebridgedistributionandcollectioncardisacompleteoperatingsystem.Ifissimplytheoptimizationstudyofajoblink,canonlyreachacertainoptimaloperationlink,itisdifficulttoachievewithotherassignmentslinkaffinity.Inthewholecontaineroperatingsystemdoesnotmaketheoveralloptimal.

3Containerterminaloperationanalyses

(1)Channel

Channelisreferstothecontainershipintheinandoutofthecontainerterminalareacansatisfycontainershipsandotherwatertraffictools(tug,etc.)therequirementsofthesafenavigationchannel.

(2)Anchorage

Anchorageisusedforcontainershipswaitingforberthingofshipsdockedorforavarietyofwaterhomeworkneedwater.Mainfloorincludingloadingandunloadingofanchorage,anchorage,shelter,waterdiversionfault,faultandquarantineandsoon,thisarticleproposedtracingreferstoanchoritwrong,istowaitforcontainervesselsintoanchoredintothedockbeforeberthwaters.
