2.1Powersystem
2.1.1Dieselengine(2sets)
Theengineiselectronicfuelinjectiondieselengineswith4strokes.Theengineismainlycomprisedofenginebody,coolingsystem,lubricatingsystem,oilsupplysystem,airintakeandexhaustsystemandelectroniccontrolsystem,etc.Fittedwithfull-rangespeedgovernor,theenginethrottlecanbecontrolledincaborondriller’sconsolebyairoverelectricity.
Theengineiscompletewithenginetachometer,watertemperaturegauge,oilpressuregauge,oilfilterandfuelfilteretc.Theexhaustsystemisfittedwithanti-flamingmuffler.Theintakesystemisfittedwithturbocharger,aircoolerandairfilteretc.
Theelectroniccontrolsystemconsistsofsensor,centralizedcontrolunit(ECU)andactuatoretc.Theenginehaslowoilpressure,highwatertemperatureandover-speedprotectiondevices,withthefunctionofautomaticdiagnosis,faultcodestorage,easyforcheckingandtroubleshooting.Theengineissupportedbythreepoints,completewithPTOforsteeringoilpumpandPTOforaircompressor.Completewithenginehood.
2.1.2Hydraulictransmission(2sets)
Hydraulictransmissioniscomprisedoftorqueconverter,lockupclutchandgearboxetc.Itcanrealizetheflexibledriveofenginepowerandabsorbtheimpactandvibrationofworkingmachineinordertoprotecttheengine.Theperformanceofhydraulictransmissionshouldbecompatiblewiththematingengine.Whenturbinespeedreachesthelockingpoint,theimpellerandturbinewillbelockedmechanically.Andthehydraulictorqueconverterrunsunderhightransmissionefficiency.
Thehydraulictransmissionisequippedwithmaincontrolvalve,oilfilter,oiltemperaturegaugeandoilpressuregauge.CompletewithaPTOportformainoilpump.Powerissuppliedtomainoilpumpthroughair-controlledhydraulicclutch.Thetransmissionoiliscooledviatheheatexchangerontheengine.
Thetransmissionhasseveralforwardgearsandonereversegear.Andgearscanbeshiftedincaborondriller’sconsole.

Compoundboxisahighpowerinputandoutputdevice.Itcombinespowerfromtwoengines,transmitsthecombinedpowertotheoperationsystemondeckthroughonepoweroutputend,drivesrotarydrivesystemthroughanotherpoweroutputendanddrivestravelingsystemunderdeckthoughttheothertwopoweroutputends.Whenthecombinedpowerisnotnecessary,onlyoneenginecanbeusedtosupplypowerforeachoutputendsinordernottowasteenergy.Ithastheadvantagesofsimpledriveline,hightransmissionefficiency,reliabletransmission,non-adjustmentofcenterdistance,hightorquetransmission,stablerunningandlongservicelife.
