吕建教授，博士生导师，计算机软件新技术国家重点实验室主任。
1960年3月生，1982年毕业于南京大学计算机系，1988年获博士学位，1993年－1994年在英国曼彻斯特大学计算机系作为访问学者。
1995年在联合国大学澳门国际软件研究所从事研究工作。
现任南京大学计算机科学与技术系副主任，计算机软件研究所副所长，中国计算机学会理事和江苏省计算机学会理事。
研究方向包括软件自动化、面向对象语言与环境和并行程序的形式化方法。
曾参加国家重点项目11项。
获国家教委科技进步一等奖二次，国家教委科技进步二等奖一次，获江苏省科技进步二等奖一次，光华科技三等奖一次，完成论文40余篇。
发表在《JournalofSystemsandSoftware》、《AnnualsofSoftwareEngIneerIng》、《ACMSIgplanNotIces》、《ACMSoftwareEngineerIngNotes》、《中国科学》等刊物上。
合著专著《软件自动化》获国家教委学术著作优秀奖和优秀教材一等奖。
1990年被授予“做出突出贡献的中国博士学位获得者”称号。
1993年获霍英东青年教师奖。
1994年进入“国家教委跨世纪优秀人才计划”。
1995年获江苏省青年科技奖。
1995年获“国家杰出青年科学基金”资助。
1996年获首届江苏省青年科学家奖（提名奖）；
1996年获中国青年科技奖。
费翔林，教授。
生于1941年，1964年毕业于南京大学。
1993年至1994年在美国伊利诺州伊利诺Urbana-Champaign分校，以访问学者身份进修，现任计算机软件新技术国家重点实验室副主任。
目前从事面向对象软件工程和操作系统研究。
曾先后参加或负责10个项目的研制，获部、省级奖5次，迄今，发表论文70余篇。
杨献春，南京大学计算机软件新技术国家重点实验室技术主管，江苏省计算机学会理事，江苏省微型电脑应用协会理事。
从事过计算机系统软件和网络应用系统的研发以及教学与实验室管理工作。
先后参加国家和江苏省重大科技攻关和其它省、部级科研项目多项，科研成果获国家科技进步奖贰等奖3项，省、部级特等奖1项，贰等奖2项,叁等奖1项。
个人还获得校级教学和实验室工作奖励多次。
发表科技论文10余篇，合作出版著作1部。
1997年被评定为南京大学中青年骨干。
目前兼任南京大学计算机科学技术系副主任，南京大学实验室建设与管理委员会委员，南京大学仪器设备采购招标领导小组成员，南京大学仪器设备审核专家组成员，南京大学计算机软件管理专家组成员，江苏省计算机学会副秘书长，江苏省微型电脑应用协会副秘书长，江苏省计算机青年学者论坛副秘书长。

ABriefIntroductiontoStateKeyLaboratoryforNovelSoftwareTechnologyatNanjingUniversity
TheStateKeyLaboratoryforNovelSoftwareTechnologyatNanjingUniversitybeganitsbuildingin1987,basedontheyearsofresearchattheDepartmentofComputerScienceandTechnologyandtheInstituteofComputerSoftwareofNanjingUniversity.ItwasofficiallyapprovedbytheNationalPlanningCommissionin1990,andhasbeenopenedtoresearchersallovertheworldsincethen.Itpassedthreeofficialevaluationsin1994,1997,and2002respectively.
IntheLaboratory,effortshavebeenfocusedonnewcomputersoftwaretechnologycharacterizedbyintelligence,autonomy,parallelism,networking,andnaturalization,whichisnotonlyatthefrontierinthefieldofcomputerscienceandtechnology,butalsoofgreatimportancetothenationaleconomy.Amongthemainresearchdirectionsare:
1.softwareautomationandformalmethods;
2.distributedcomputingandparallelprocessing;
3.systemsoftwareandnetworksecurity;
4.new-styleprogrammingandmethodology;
5.intelligentmultimediasoftware.
NowProfessorXuJiafuistheHonoraryDirectorofthelaboratory,ProfessorLuJianisDirectorofthelaboratory,andProfessorFeiXianglinistheviceDirector.ProfessorSunZhongxiuisthechairmanoftheacademiccommitteeoftheLaboratory,andProfessorsYangFuqingandXieLiarethevicechairmen.
Bytheendof2003,morethan392projectshadbeencompletedinthelaboratory,amongwhich70werenationalHi-Tech（973or863）Projects,35werekeyprojectsofnationalFive-yearPlan,and35weresupportedbytheNationalScienceFoundation.Duringthesameperiod,1230papersand31bookshadbeenpublished,amongwhichmanyappearedininternationaljournals,suchasCommunicationsoftheACM,IEEETransactionsonSoftwareEngineering,IEEETransactionsonParallelandDistributedSystems,IEEETransactionsonComputers,TheoreticalComputerScience,ArtificialIntelligence,etc.Morethan56projectsandbookswereawarded,including3second-prizesand1third-prizeatnationallevel,and9first-prizesand20second-prizesatministerialorprovinciallevel.
Thereare40full-timeresearchersbytheendof2003.Amongthem,oneisacademicianofChineseAcademyofSciences,21arePh.D.supervisors,and26arefullprofessors.Inrecentyears,therehaveemergedagroupofyoungresearcherswithbrilliantacademicachievements,amongwhomsomearerecipientsofgrantsfromtheNationalFundforProminentYoungScientistsandundertheTrans-CenturyTalentedPersonsFosteringProgramoftheStateEducationMinistry.Seniorcomputerscientistsandtalentedyoungresearchersarecooperatingtomakeastrongfleettomeetnewchallenges.
InternationalacademicconnectionshavebeenestablishedbetweenthelaboratoryandresearchinstitutesinmanycountriesandareassuchasGreatBritain,theUnitedStates,Japan,France,Germany,Singapore,Korea,Canada,Australia,HongKongandMacao,featuringcooperativeresearchanddevelopmentaswellasjointlytraininggraduatestudents.
