Details
ThescopeofthisProjectQualityPlan(PQP)incorporatesthequalitymanagementofvariousstagesandaspectsinthecourseoftheprojectconstructionincluding(I)QualityManagementSystem;
(ii)planning&
scheduling;
(iii)Procurement;
(iv)DesignManagement;
(v)constructionmanagement;
(vi)contractadministration,and(vii)sitesafety-risk,health&
environmentalcontrol.
Byadoptingtheabovequalitymanagementtovariousstagesandaspectsoftheprojectconstruction,itaimsatenhancingcustomersatisfactionandcontrollingtheconstructionprocessforasafe,cleanandhealthyworkingenvironment.Thisincludesmeetinginaccordancewithspecifiedrequirementsandincompliancewithstatutoryrules,legalrequirementandenvironmentalregulationsrelatedtotheproject.
ThePQPmayalsobeusedbythesub-contractorsorothercompaniesasaguidelineintheeventtherewouldnotbeadevelopedPQPavailablewithintheirorganization.

TheWorksunderContractC01comprisetheconstructionandcompletionoftwelve(12)elevatedstation,approximately11.4kmofelevatedMRTviaduct.Associatedworksincludetheconstructionofunderpass,demolitionofexistingflyoverandinterfacewithoneexistingsubwaystation.
Therailviaductgenerallyconsistsofsingle-track,doubletrackandtriple-trackviaducts.
Therailviaductstructuregenerallyconsistsofpiers,andpre-castsegmentalpost-tensionedbeamsspanningupto37.5m.Bearingsandexpansionjointsarerequiredattheendofthesecontinuousdecks.Deepfoundationelementsformingthefoundationsaretypicallybarrettesandboredpiles.
Thecastingyardwillbesetupfortheprecaststructuralelementssuchasviaductsegment,precastcrossbeamshell,pre-stressedstationIbeam,precastparapetwallandetc.
Thetrack-formcomprisesaslab-tracksystem.TheContractorshallundertakewaterproofingasrequiredpriortoinstallationoftheslab-tracksystembytheSystem-wideContractors(SWCs)andsupplyandinstallsocketsintheviaductdecksforanchorageoftheslab-track.

•Tocarryoutgeneralmanagementofthesitethatincludesdailycorrespondences.
•Toactaschairmanofthesafetycommittee.
•ToattendprogressmeetingswithCLIENT,consultantandSub-Con.
•Toliaisewiththeclientandtheconsultantandtotakeinstructionsfromtheclient.
•Toensureenvironmental,safetyandhealthpoliciesareinplace.
•Toreviewandapprovemethodstatementsandriskassessmentswhicharepreparedbyprofessionalengineer,SafetyOfficerandsub-contractorsofspecialtrades.
