Details

ThescopeofthisProjectQualityPlan（PQP）incorporatesthequalitymanagementofvariousstagesandaspectsinthecourseoftheprojectconstructionincluding（I）QualityManagementSystem;

（ii）planning&

scheduling;

（iii）Procurement;

（iv）DesignManagement;

（v）constructionmanagement;

（vi）contractadministration,and（vii）sitesafety-risk,health&

environmentalcontrol.

Byadoptingtheabovequalitymanagementtovariousstagesandaspectsoftheprojectconstruction,itaimsatenhancingcustomersatisfactionandcontrollingtheconstructionprocessforasafe,cleanandhealthyworkingenvironment.Thisincludesmeetinginaccordancewithspecifiedrequirementsandincompliancewithstatutoryrules,legalrequirementandenvironmentalregulationsrelatedtotheproject.

ThePQPmayalsobeusedbythesub-contractorsorothercompaniesasaguidelineintheeventtherewouldnotbeadevelopedPQPavailablewithintheirorganization.

TheWorksunderContractC01comprisetheconstructionandcompletionoftwelve（12）elevatedstation,approximately11.4kmofelevatedMRTviaduct.Associatedworksincludetheconstructionofunderpass,demolitionofexistingflyoverandinterfacewithoneexistingsubwaystation.

Therailviaductgenerallyconsistsofsingle-track,doubletrackandtriple-trackviaducts.

Therailviaductstructuregenerallyconsistsofpiers,andpre-castsegmentalpost-tensionedbeamsspanningupto37.5m.Bearingsandexpansionjointsarerequiredattheendofthesecontinuousdecks.Deepfoundationelementsformingthefoundationsaretypicallybarrettesandboredpiles.

Thecastingyardwillbesetupfortheprecaststructuralelementssuchasviaductsegment,precastcrossbeamshell,pre-stressedstationIbeam,precastparapetwallandetc.

Thetrack-formcomprisesaslab-tracksystem.TheContractorshallundertakewaterproofingasrequiredpriortoinstallationoftheslab-tracksystembytheSystem-wideContractors（SWCs）andsupplyandinstallsocketsintheviaductdecksforanchorageoftheslab-track.

•Tocarryoutgeneralmanagementofthesitethatincludesdailycorrespondences.

•Toactaschairmanofthesafetycommittee.

•ToattendprogressmeetingswithCLIENT,consultantandSub-Con.

•Toliaisewiththeclientandtheconsultantandtotakeinstructionsfromtheclient.

•Toensureenvironmental,safetyandhealthpoliciesareinplace.

•Toreviewandapprovemethodstatementsandriskassessmentswhicharepreparedbyprofessionalengineer,SafetyOfficerandsub-contractorsofspecialtrades.

•Toorganizeandcontrolsitemeetingswiththesub-contractors.

•Toliaisewiththesub-contractorsregardingprogress,qualityofworks,andtheprovisionofadequateresourcestocarryouttheirrespectivescopeofworksinatimelyandworkmanlikemanner.
