施工组织设计

第一章总则

一、编制说明

1、我公司经过认真研究招标文件、设计图纸,仔细考察工程现场,对工程所处的位置进行综合研究,结合我公司多年的施工经验和目前的施工技术,组织编制了本施工组织设计。

2、在本工程组织设计编制中,充分考虑了各关键工序和重点工序及相互间的衔接与协调的可行性,及其相应的施工技术方案和工艺操作方法,本工程现场的地质条件、地上地下管线和交通情况可能对本工程产生影响,都作了充分的估计和准备。

3、如果我公司中标,我们将在施工的全过程密切配合建设及监理单位的工作,并与周边单位、村庄、社区群众协调好关系,创造良好的施工环境,确保本工程施工合同的全面履行。

4、本施工组织设计只对本次招标范围第4标段湖西路(郑上路~风茂街)污水、雨水、道路工程有效。

二、编制依据

1、郑州天一招标咨询有限公司《郑州市金桥路(桂园路~香山路)等4条道路工程施工招标文件》,编号ZZTY-2011-027;

2、郑州市金桥路(桂圆路~香山路)等4条道路工程施工招标答疑;

第二章工程概况

一、工程简介

郑州市金桥路(桂圆路~香山路)等4条道路工程,包含道路、雨水、污水工程。

本施工组织设计为本次招标范围的第4标段—湖西路(郑上路~风茂街)道路、雨水、污水工程。

二、道路工程

1、郑州市湖西路(郑上路~风茂街)位于郑州市中原区西流湖以西,规划为南北向城市次干路,道路红线宽30m,路段全长1050m。

2、道路平面设计

湖西路南段共设3个曲线,最小曲线半径为200m,交叉口分别进行规范化交通控制设计。

3、道路纵断面设计

根据连接郑上路起点实测高程及规划路交叉口的规划高程进行控制。

最大坡度为2.0%,最小纵坡度0.45%。

4、道路横断面设计

湖西路南段横断面布置形式为:

6m(人行道)+18m(混行车道)+6m(人行道)。

道路设计标高为道路路面中心线标高。

5、路基、路面设计

⑴路基横断面布置

6m(人行道)+18m(混行车道)+6m(人行道)。

⑵一般路基工程

①边坡设计

局部有条件放坡的填方路段,边坡坡度为1:

1.5;挖方路段,边坡坡率为1:

1~1:

1.5。

②填料、压实度

路基填料均匀、密实,优先选用级配较好的砾类石、砂类石等粗粒土;挡土墙背优先选用渗水性良好的填料。

填方路基分层铺筑,均匀压实,并严格控制分层厚度,注意不同填料的填筑顺序。

土质路基压实度(重型)符合以下要求:

一般路堤,路面底面以下:

0~80cm不小于95%,大于80cm不小于93%。

零填方及路堑路面底面以下0~30cm的路床不小于95%。

③路基边坡防护工程

AK0+720~AK0+770段填方地段右侧边坡设扶壁式路肩挡土墙收坡,墙顶设防护栏杆。

挡土墙型采用悬臂式路肩挡土墙,挡土墙墙身、底板均采用C30混凝土现浇。

受力钢筋为Ⅱ级钢筋,分布筋为Ⅰ级钢筋,钢筋最小保护层厚度不小于3.0cm。

为控制沉降及增加承载力,挡土墙基底设1.0m碎石垫层
