  IstillrememberhowmyfathertoldmeabouthischildhoodbackinthosedayswhenChinawasnotasopenanddevelopedasitisnow.Childrenwouldrunforkilometerstoschool,maketoyswithwoodbythemselves,andthebiggestdreamofachildwasholdingtwojarsofsugar,onewhite,theotherbrownineacharmandhavingthechoiceofeatingwhicheverhewanted.Justlookatwhatwehavenow.Magnificenttechnologicaladvancementhasopenedupawholenewworldtous.

  However,justasourlivesbecomemoreconvenient,problemsarisefromthisnewlifestyle.Weseemtobecagedinthemoderntechnology;

  IfIwasgiventhechancetomakemymagicwishesnow,Iwouldwishwecouldgobackintimeandliveforthreedayswithoutadvancedtechnology.Iwonderwhatwewoulddointhosethreedays.HereiswhatIimagine:

  Onthefirstday,peoplewouldbefeelingsouncomfortablewiththenewsituationthattheywouldprobablybeconfusedandjustnotknowwhattodo.Theworldwouldbeinamessforthewholeday.

  Onthesecondday,aslifegoeson,peoplewouldhavetofindalternativewaystodealwiththeirdailyrituals:

studentswouldhavetogotolibrariesforinformationtheywantedinsteadofsearchingonGoogle;

boyswouldhavetoexpresstheiraffectiontogirlsinpersoninsteadofsendinganannoyingtxtmessage;

andtheyoungpeopleoftodaywouldhavethechancetoexperiencethechildhoodoftheirparents.Onthisparticularday,wecouldrecoverallwehadlostinthemodernworld.

  Thencomesthethirdday.Aftertheprevioustwodays,wewouldgraduallycometorealizethatweshouldhavepaidmoreattentiontoourstudiesandworkasweactuallyhavesomuchcreativityandpotentialwithinourselves.Wewouldalsorealizethatweshouldhavespentmoretimewithafriend,aparentorachildaswedolovethem,butwedon’treallyunderstandthemduetothelackofpersonalcommunication.Weshouldn’thavebeensodependentonmoderntechnologyasitwasn’tinventedtoconfineus,buttoinspireus.Thislastdaywouldbespentinsparksofnewideasandsweetmomentswithourlovedones.
