5.1.1Marking标识
Allpipeandfittingsshallhavethematerialspecificationandgradestamped,stenciled,orotherwise
marked.
所有的管子和管件将按照材料标准分等级打上钢印或其他的标记
5.1.2AlloyTesting合金元素测试(打光谱)
Materialsmustnotgetmixedupatanytime,frommanufacturingtoinstallation.
从预制到安装期间,任何时候材料都不能混合在一起,
AlloytestingisprescribedinSESQ01-T07.Materialshouldbeverifiedbothatthevendor,andthesite.
合金测试应按照SESQ01-T07的规定进行.材料将由卖方和现场使用者共同检查
5.2ColorCoding颜色代码
Oncethematerialhasbeenverified,acolorcodeisapplied.SESP12-S04prescribesthemarkingmethodsthatwillnotallowthemarkingtobedegraded.
材料一经确定,将使用唯一的材料代码,SESP12-S04规定标识方法,不允许材料标识降低等级
5.3ASMEB31.1Piping美国机械工程师协会B31.1管道规
MaterialsforASMEB31.1pipinghavespecialdocumentation,andmustbecarefullysegregated.
ASMEB31中的管道材料有专门的文件,并且将被小心的隔离
6.MarkingandStorage材料标识和存放
6.1Marking标识
6.1.1MarkingMaterials原材料标识
Anymarkingofausteniticstainlesssteelsandnonferrousalloysshallbedoneinoneoftwoways.
奥氏体不锈钢和非铁合金将被分别标识
Eitheruseanaluminumtagstrappedorwiredtothefittingorvalveoruseapaintorinkwhichcontainsnoharmfulmetal,
铝用其他的标签,用皮绳或者铁丝捆住管件或阀门,不得含有害金属,用油漆或者墨水标识
metalsaltsorelements.Thesechemicalsincludezinc,lead,copper,chlorides,

6.1.2PipespoolMarking管线框的标识
a.Thefieldshallmarkallpipespoolswiththepipespoolnumber.Stencilorpaintthespoolnumberoneachpipespoolwithwaterproofpaintinfiguresnotlessthan19mmhigh.
现场所有的管线框将标识其数字,每一个线框上面用蜡笔或者油漆笔标上数字,防水油漆轮廓的高度不得低于19毫米
Spoolswhicharetoosmalltohaveapaintedspoolnumbershallbemarkedbypaintingorbydie-stampingthespoolnumberonanaluminumtagwhichshallbesecurelyattachedtothespoolwith16gaugestainlesssteelwire.
一个油漆线框太小时,将用油漆标记或者用铝标签印上数字标记,用规格16的不锈钢丝缠绕
b.Inadditiontopaint-marking,thespoolnumbermustbedie-stampedorelectro-etchedonthecircumferentialsurfaceofatleastoneflange,oronthepipeabout300mmfromabuttweldend.
除了油漆标识,法兰线框数字还可以在圆周表面用永久篆刻或电镀,线框数字标注在管子上,位置离焊道300毫米
6.2Storage材料存储
Pipeshallnotbestoreddirectlyontheground.Pipeshallbeplacedonblocking.
管子不应直接存放在地面上,应该放在垫块(枕木)上面
6.3Stacking材料堆垛
Stackingshallbedoneinsuchawaytoavoiddamagetopipesorcoatings.
堆垛应该用一种方法以避免管子表面受到损害
6.4Components管件
Fittingsandvalvesshallbestoredinshippingcratesoronracks.
阀门和配件应该成箱运输并且存放在货架上
6.5Protection材料保护
Endprotectorsonflanges,weldbevels,threads,andsocketendsshallbefirmlyattached.
应保护法兰密封面,焊接端坡口,螺纹,开孔的边缘都需保护
Endprotectorsforflangesshallbeaffixedwithatleasttwobolts.法兰安装时至少附带2个螺栓,以保证法兰端面不受损坏
6.6CleanedPiping管道清洁
Pipingthathasbeenspeciallycleanedmustbestoredcarefully,preferablyinside.
管道存储时要专门、仔细的清洁,尤其是管子部
6.7AusteniticStainlessSteel奥氏体不锈钢
AusteniticstainlesssteelmaybesubjecttochlorideattackintheJubailarea,andinsidestorageispreferred.
奥氏体不锈钢在潮湿环境中易受到水中氯离子的侵蚀,存储时部要保持干燥
7.Handling处理
7.1DamagePrevention损害预防
Allmaterialshallbehandledwithcareduringfabricationandinstallationtopreventdamage.
所有材料必须谨慎处理,防止在预制和安装期间受到损害
7.2LinedandCoatedPiping管道衬里
Linedandcoatedpipesandfittingsshallbeliftedwithwidefabricorrubber-coveredslingsandpaddingshallbeusedtopreventdamagetoliningorcoating.
管道衬里将被广泛的填入织物或者橡胶,衬里填料必须防止损坏
7.3PaintedPiping管道油漆(防腐)
Pipingmayarrivepre-painted,orprimed.Caremustbetakentominimizedamagetothesecoatings.
管道必须达到最基本的涂漆要求,尽量减少表面的有害物质
8.PipeFit-UpandTolerances管道公差
8.1Accuracy精确度
Thefieldisresponsiblefortheaccuracyoffieldfabrication.PipingFabricationInstituteStandardES-3,FabricatingTolerances,shallbethebasisofpipespooltolerances.
现场制造的精确度与现场条件是相关的,管道制造协会标准ES-3,制作,公差,用于管道轴线的公差
8.2DimensionalTolerance空间公差
Thetoleranceforaxialdimensions,face-to-face,center-to-faceandlocationofattachmentsshallbe±
3mmmaximum.
轴向尺寸的偏差,面到面,中心到面,附属区域偏差最大偏差不超过±
3mm
8.3BendingTolerance弯曲、挠度公差
Flatteningofbends,measuredasthedifferencebetweenthelargestandthesmallestoutsidediameteratanycrosssection,shallnotexceed5percentofthenominaldiameterofthepipe.
在任何一个十字交叉处,管子外径最大边缘和最小边缘有不同的弯曲率,其值不得超过管子直径的5%。
Flatteningofbendsatweldendsshallnotexceed3percentofthenominalpipediameter.
焊接端的弯曲率不得超过管子直径的3%
8.4FlangeMisalignment法兰角度误差
InadditiontotherequirementsofPFIES-3,forpipingoverNPS3connectedtomachinery,theflangeseparationshallnotexceedthegasketthicknessplus1.6mm,unlesspipingstressanalysisshowsthatloadsandmomentsarewithinthemanufacturer'
slimitsforthemachinery/equipmentnozzle:
除了PFIES-3的要求,连接机械端的螺纹不得超过3,法兰分开的距离不得超过垫片厚度加1.6毫米,除非机械制造商的机器管嘴要求管子承受一定压力负荷
8.5Fit-up装备
Duringdesign,thefinaldimensionsmaynotbeavailable,forcertainitems,orthenatureofthedesignmaydictateallowancesforfit-upinthefield.Whenaspoolismarkedasafit-up,thereis150mmofadditionalmaterialtoallowforthefit-up.
在设计期间,最终的尺寸并不是完全可用的,为了确定某一数据,必须得到在现场的最初设计者的允许。
当一个装备被标记了,额外将会有150毫米的材料为这个装备增加
9.FieldFabrication现场预制
9.1Welding焊接
9.1.1WeldingandWelderQualificationsAllweldingprocedures,welders,andweldingoperatorsshallbequalifiedinaccordancewithSESW02F01.
所有焊接程序,焊接,焊工资格、焊接技术、焊接操作资格应按照SESW02F01执行。
9.1.2TaperBoring锥度
Theinsidecontourofallcomponentswith1.6mmmismatch,excludingvalves,shallnotfollowitsnaturalgeometry,butshallbetaper-boredorcontour-boredataslopenotexceeding30degreesuntilthemismatchiswithinthetolerancesspecified.
所有的管道组成件连接时,部错边量不得超过1.6毫米,不包括阀门,将不使用自然几何尺寸,但应留间隙,修磨余量,其锥度不超过30度,直到错边在误差允许的公差之。
However,thistrimmingshallnotresultinapipingcomponent

9.1.3Preheat预热
Thetemperaturetobeusedshallbeinaccordancewiththecontrollingcodes.Preheattemperaturesshallbemeasuredbymeansoftemperatureindicatingcrayons,contactpyrometers,orthermocouples.
温度控制应符合标准,预热温度控制手段采用有色粉笔标记,高温计接触预热表面,或者热电偶
9.1.4StressRelieving减轻压力(消除应力)
a.TheErectionDrawingandtheLineListindicatetheneedforPWHT(post-weldheattreatment)ofweldsinprefabricatedpipespools.
安装图和目录中应列出需要焊后热处理的焊接接头
Attachmentssuchaspipeshoes,dummyextensionsandlegs,andwearpadsshallbeweldedtothepipespoolsbeforestressrelieving.
附属装置象管子边缘增加假腿,加上垫子消除焊接引起的管轴线应力
b.Specialcareshallbetakenduringfurnacepostweldheattreatmenttopreventscratchesordamagetoflangegasketsurfaces.
应该特别注意在焊后热处理时,防止法兰垫片表面的损坏
Flangeswitha3Raorsmootherfinishrequirealight-gagemetal
shieldforthegasketfaceheldonbywireorboltsduringtheheattreatment.
Ra3系列或光滑面的法兰在热处理时,需要轻金属保护垫片正面并用金属线或者螺栓连接
Afterheattreatmentremoveanyheatscalefromthegasketfacebybuffing.Threadedconnectionsshallbeprotectedfromdamagebyheat.Padsandotherattachmentsshallbeweldedtothelinesbeforeheattreatment.

9.1.5Quenching淬火
