8.1Generalprovisions

8.1.4Testequipmentmustbestackedinordertidilybasedontheregulationssetupandcomplywithtransportationandfirefightingrequirements.

8.1.6Workerswhoneedtoworkatheightmustwearharnessandhookittothesafetyropetoavoidfallingdownfromtheheight.

8.2Testinasafemanner

8.2.1Onlyelectricianisallowedtodismantleandassembleconstructionpowerconsumptionfacilities.

8.2.2Electricequipmentmustbeoperatedbasedontaginstructions.Itisforbiddentouseoneswitchforseveralpowerconnections.

8.3.6Whenleavetheworkingarea,itisnecessarytoshutdownthepowersupplyandlockthewindowtoprotecttheworkingareafromtheft.

8.4EnvironmentProtectionMeasures

8.4.1Thetagsandlabelsontheconstructionsitemustbetidy,aestheticwitheye-catchingslogans.

8.4.7Inordertopreventthetrashfromspreadingtopublicarea,roads,anditisnecessarytostoptheslagandresiduefromspilling.

8.5EmergencyPlan

8.5.1ThemanagerofHSEdepartmentisresponsibleforinitiatingtoorganizingemergencyrespondgroupandsetupclinicsbothonthesiteandnearbyofficearea.Designateconstructorsemergencymusterpointonthesite.

8.5.2Firstaidforelectricshock:

cutoffthepowersupplyimmediately,pulldowntheswitch,turnoffthepowersupplyswitchandunplugtheplug.Makesurethatthevictimhurtbyelectricshockisdisconnectedfromthepowersupplyandsendhim/hertothesiteclinicfortreatment.

8.5.3Onceemergencyaccidenttakeplaceinthesite,therelevantpersonnelmustreportittotheemergencycommandgroupimmediately.Meanwhile,itisnecessaryforhimtoinformHSEemergencytreatmentpersonnelonduty.ProjectdepartmentHSEneedstomarkoutthecautionareabasedonthesiteactualsituation.Andmakesuretheaccessforsalvageisaccessibleandunimpeded.Gathertheunauthorizedpersonneltotheemergencymusterpoint.Aftercountinguptheheadofthepersonnel,evacuatethembasedonthepreassignedevacuationroutes.
