一、软件公司只招临时工到底靠不靠谱
【原始】
有个叫JSoftwarecompany连续三年都没makenoprofit,公司想要cutbudget.看到autoindustryreplacefulltimeemploymentwithcheaper,temporaryworkers，减少了cost,make了profit.于是J公司想要借鉴这个方法并且觉得这个方法也会对自己公司奏效。
决定马上把25%的fulltimeemployment转成临时工，觉得能实现shorttermhigherprofit和对公司未来发展有好处。

公司过去一段时间不盈利（或者亏钱了），有人就提议说，用temporary
employee
代替full-time
employee，理由就是这些人拿钱比full-time
少的多（好像同时暗示工作时间少的不是那么多），并且还不用公司支付他们employeebenefits。
既然已经是这么个情况了，通过将25%的workforce换成临时工可以减少开支。
这个反驳比较简单吧，如果某些文科同学对于逻辑解析不擅长的话我推荐一个：
既然是临时工，那么他们很有可能同意时期内在几家公司打工，这些公司也都是software
design。
正如我们常规认知，这些design公司相对其他领域的公司更加看重公司内部idea的保密工作，而且这样的design公司占领市场一个非常有效的方式就是开发出一款新好用的软件，这样雇佣大量的临时工很可能让公司失去这样咸鱼翻身的机会。

二、游乐园要不要改变Slogan
有一个marketingdirectorofamusementpark,说amusementpark最近的attendance和ticketsale下降了。
虽然这个park基本是为了给孩子们的，但是家长才是最终的决定者（是否要去这个park）。
这个director提到了一个来自automotiveindustry的research，这个调查显示60%的购车者在购车时把safety作为toppriority。
所以这个director说这个amusementpark应该改变他们的slogan，从原来的“doallwhatyouwant”（原话不是do,但意思差不多），转变成“Thrillkids,safety....”，这个campaign的转变可以increaseattendance和ticketsale。
