摘要:

Withadatasetoflitterdecompositioncollectedbymeansofliteraturesurvey,ourobjectivesare1)todeterminethedifferencesinthevariationinthefirst-yearmassloss(%)ofleaflitterwithregardtoclimateandlitterqualityamongdifferentfunctionalgroupsoftreespeciesinEurasianforests,and2)todeterminethedifferenceineffectofmeanannualtemperature(degreesC),annualprecipitation(dm),aswellasconcentrationofnitrogen(%),andlignin(%)onfirst-yearmasslossoverawiderangeinclimateandlitterquality.Themainresultsareasfollows.1)Thesignificantdifferencesbetweenlittertypesintherelationshipsbetweenfirst-yearmasslossandclimaticfactorsPluslitterqualityrevealedclearlydifferentdecompositionpatternsoverthecontinent.Thus,differenceswerefoundbetweenConiferousandbroadleaflitter,betweendeciduousbroadleafandevergreenbroadleafaswellasbetweengeneraandevenwithinagenus,viz.betweendeciduousandevergreenQuercus.2)Withachangeinarelativeunitofclimateandlitterqualityvariables,therewerecleardifferencesineffectsofmeanannualtemperature,annualprecipitation,andnitrogenonfirst-yearmasslossfordifferentfunctionalgroupsoftrees.3)Weidentifiedsomebroadleaflitterspeciesthatdecomposedto100%inoneyearandthusdidnotcontributetocarbonsequestrationinahumuslayer.Thus,thevariationinpatternoffoliarlitterdecompositionwithclimateandlitterqualityacrossfunctionalgroupsinEurasianforestsshoweddifferentdecompositionstrategiesforlitterofdifferentgroupsandgenera.

Theavailabilityofthefivechemicalfractions,i.e.,exchangeable(F1),carbonate-bound(F2),Fe/Mnoxide-combined(F3),organicmatter-complexed(F4),residual(F5),ofthreeheavymetals(Cu,Zn,andCd),hasbeeninvestigatedbywayofasequentialextractiontechniquebasedonthecharacteristicsofthecoastalsoilsdevelopedfromalluvialdeposits,inordertoanalyzetherelationshipoftheformationanddevelopmentofcoastalsoils.TheresultsshowedthatF1andF5ofCu,Zn,andCdaccounteddominantlyfor9.11%,2.74%,and20.37%,andfor39.49%,45.18%,and32.43%oftotalheavymetalcontents,respectively,indicatingtheorderofavailabilityandmobility:

Zn.F2,F3,andF4ofHMsalsofeaturedprominentlyinthebehaviorsofheavymetals.RandommeasurementerrorsfrombothsamplingandanalysisweredemonstratedbySAXtobewellwithinthecontroltargetof20%and,therefore,ofnoimpedimenttothegeochemicalinterpretationofthedata.Significantpositivecorrelationwasfoundbetweencertainfractionsofheavymetalsandsomesoilproperties.Somenegativecorrelationwasalsofound.Thefindingswerehelpfultothesoilremediation,fertilityadjustment,andplantcultivation.

Microwaveheat-moisturetreatedCannaedulisKerstarchhasbeenappliedtostudystructuralchangesinvitrousingporcinea-amylase,pancreatinandamyloglucosidase.Thestructuresatdifferentdigestionstageswerecharacterizedusingscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),polarizedopticalmicroscopy(POM),smallangleX-rayscattering(SAXS),X-raydiffraction(XRD),Fouriertransformsinfrared(FT-IR)spectroscopyandsolidstateC-13nuclearmagneticresonance(NMR)spectroscopy.TheincreaseinmolecularorderwasobservedwithincreasingdigestiontimeandreflectedinhigherscatteringintensitymeasuredbySAXS,highercrystallinityobservedbyXRD,theincreaseofthedoublehelixorderobtainedbysolidstateC-13NMRspectroscopy,andcorrespondingchangesinthemeasurementofFT-IR,infavourofincreasingresistantstarchcontent.SAXSrevealsasinglepeakaround0.6335nm(-1),suggestingthattheenzymemayerodethespecialsiteofgranulesurfaceandcatalyzewholehydrolysisreactionthroughpittedcanals.Intheprocessofdigestion,amorphousregionofstarchgranuleissusceptibletotheattackofenzyme.Moreover,theresultalsodemonstratesthattheresistancetoenzymaticdigestionmaymainlydependonspecificstructureinthetreatedstarches.(C)2009ElsevierLtd.Allrightsreserved.

Thepyrolysisofwheatstrawhasbeencarriedoutbymeansofthermogravimetricanalysisininertatmosphere.Thesampleswereheatedoverarangeoftemperaturesthatincludestheentirerangeofpyrolysiswiththreedifferentheatingratesof5,10and20Kmin(-1).TheactivationenergyvaluesasafunctionoftheextentofconversionforthepyrolysisprocessofwheatstrawhavebeencalculatedbymeansoftheFlynn-Wall-Ozawaisoconversionalmethod,theVyazovkin-Sbirrazzuoliisoconversionalmethodandaniterativeisoconversionalmethodpresentedinthisarticle.Theresultshaveshowedthattherearesmalldifferencesbetweentheactivationenergyvaluesobtainedfromthethreemethods,andthepyrolysisprocessrevealsadependenceoftheactivationenergyonconversionandhaveindicatedthevalidityoftheiterativeintegralisoconversionalmethod.Theeffectiveactivationenergyforthepyrolysisofwheatstrawis130-175kJmol(-1)intheconversionrangeof0.15-0.85.Furthermore,thepredictionofthepyrolysisprocessunderisothermalconditionsfromthedependenceoftheactivationenergyontheextentofconversionhasbeenpresented.
