butinthegenusandgenusofaromaticlipidsolvent(suchasgasoline,benzene)andmineralpoorstabilityoil.

Underthelong-termactionofconcentratedacid,theperformancewillalsodecline.InISO/TO7620inacollectionofdataofnearly400kindsofcorrosivegasandliquidchemicalsonvariousrubberperformancefunction,andtheprovisionsofthe1-4gradeindicatesthedegreeoftheeffect,effectofcorrosivechemicalsonthepropertiesofrubber:

Ethylenepropylenerubberhasexcellentwatervaporresistanceandissuperiortoitsheatresistance.Insuperheatedsteamat230DEGC,thereisnochangeinappearanceafter100h.Whilefluorinerubber,siliconerubber,fluorinesiliconerubber,butylrubber,nitrilerubberandnaturalrubberunderthesameconditions,experiencedashorttime,theappearanceofobviousdeterioration.

5、resistancetohotwaterperformance

Ethylenepropylenerubberhasbetterresistancetooverheatedwater,butitiscloselyrelatedtoallvulcanizationsystems.IntwotwoTMTDforcuringmorpholine,ethylenepropylenerubbervulcanizationsystem,125degreesinthesuperheatedwaterimmersionafter15months,thechangeofmechanicalpropertiesisverysmall,thevolumeexpansionrateofonly0.3%.

6,electricalperformance

Ethylenepropylenerubber(EPR)hasexcellentelectricalinsulationandcoronaresistance,anditselectricalpropertiesarebetterthanornearstyrenebutadienerubber,CSM,polyethyleneandxlpe.
