snationalconditions[9-11].

Withthepopularizationandappli-cationofthistechnique,wecansolvetheproblemofcornstrawrecoveryandreducethewasteofstrawresourcesandimprovetheenvironmentandsoilpollutioncausedbystrawburning.Thereinto,thestrawrecoverycanprovidehighqualityfeedforlivestockandreducetheexcessivedependenceonpasture,sothistechniquehasimportantpracticalsignificancetoourcountry'

sincreasinglydevelopinganimalhusbandryandrelatedindustries.

2.1.WholeStructureandWorkPrinciple

Asshowninfigure1,4YQZ-3Acombineharvesterforcornismainlymadeupofgrippingdeliverymechanism,spikepickingdevice,stemshreddingmechanism,castcylinder,spikecollectingbox,stemcrushingbox,counters-fielddeviceandhelicinaeanddeliveryapparatusofstalks,etc.Thismachinecanoncecompletedthepicking,risingandtransportation,settingintothebox,stalkscutting,conveying,chopping,throwingandcollectionandrootcropcrushingofcorngrain.Whilethemachineskisoperating,nearsidedividersubdividedmaizeplants,reciprocatingcuttercuttheplants,clampingchainclampsmaizeplantsofwhichrootissunderedandthenconveythemtoverticalspike-pickingrollertopickofftheear,thecornearareconveyedtothespikecollectingboxbythedeliverymechanism;

Stalksarechoppedbyverticalhobbehindthestempullingroller,andthenarecastedbycastingdevicetostemcrushingbox;

andcornrootarebrokenbycounters-fielddevice.

3.MainWorkingPartsDesign

3.1GrippingDeliveryMechanism

Asfigure2shows,grippingdeliverymechanismaremainlymadeofpositivefeedingchain,passivesprocket,tensiondevice,clampingboard,conveyingchainanddrivesprocket,etc.Whenthemachineareworking,milpaaredevidedandliftedupbynearsidedivider,andthendrivesprocketaredrivenbypassivesprocketandforcefeedingchaintorun,soastoturnmilpatogrippingdeliverychains,Inthemeanwhile,cutterbarcutoffthemaizeplants,thebrokenplantsconveyingchainandconveyingdialgrippingunderthecommonfunctionofbluegrasschainconveyorbackintopickspikeroller;

Tensiondeviceisusedtoadjustthetensionerdegreeoftheconveyorchainsoastomaketheclampingstalksofclampingconveyingchainmorestableandreliable.

3.1.1.PositivefeedChain

Positivefeedchainislocatedbelowthenearsidedivider,dedicatedtocooperatingwithittoforce-feedthecornplantswithdifferentLinespacing.Theselectionofthespeedofpositivefeedingchainhaveagreateffectonplantsclampingtransmission.Excessivespeedwillmakeplantsclampingfeedingwithinthesamelines,causingthephenomenonsuchasstembeingcutofforjamedoccur;

however,thelowspeedmaymakethefunctionofFeedingchaindisapper.

Theoretically,thespeedofthepositivefeedingchain,thelevelpointsspeedshouldbeequalto,,themarchingspeedofthemachine,butinactualworkprocess,theinfluencefactorsofthespeedofpositivefeedingchaininclude:

WhileGrippingconveyingchainisworking,itisnecessarytoensurethatthecuttedplantsaretransportedtospikepickingrollertimelyandreliable,andmaintainedacertaindistancebetweenthetransportedplants,tomakespikepickingrollerloadevenly.DuringWork,selectmaizeplantstomakevelocityanalysisindotoingrippingchain,justasfig.3shows.wv,itsabsolutevelocityisinducedasfollows:

3.2.1TheSchemeofPowerDrive

TheSchemeofPowerDriveofVerticalpickingandchoppingcutterisshowninfigure5.Whenitworks,powerdrivenbyengineslowdowntotheinputaxisofchoppedgearboxthroughthepulleysanddoublesprocket,thepowerdriveshreddingmechanismtorunthroughasetofbevelgear;

leftbehindthechopgearboxthereareagroupofdrivingchain(chainwheelofmiddlesizeandlargesize)transmitthepowertospikepickingchoppedgearboxandthendividethepowertostempullingrollerearthebevelgearofthespeedchangingbox;

Abovethestempullingrollerandspikepickingareagroupofdrivingchains,thepoweristransmittedfromstempullingrollertospikepickingrollertopickthespikes.InTheinputaxisofthespikepickinggearboxliesthesmallchainwheelandpulley,itfunctionsastransmittingthepowertoclustertransportationreciprocatingtypecutter.
