2.0HEALTHANDSAFETY健康与安全

HealthandsafetyisofparamountimportanceforSymantecandG&

T.Assuch，theGeneralContractor（GC）shallensurethatasafeworkingenvironmentfortheprojectismaintainedforallsiteoperativesandvisitorstosite.TheGCshallalsorunatidysitewithdailyandproperclearanceofwaste（reftotheLEEDrequirementshere）whichwillassistbothwiththesafetyandtheproductivitytheGCfortheproject.

对于xxxx与***公司而言，健康与安全极为重要。

因而，总承包商（总包）必须要给所有现场操作人员和访客创造及维护一个安全的工作环境。

总包必须要对现场实行管理保证现场每天整齐，并每天妥善处理垃圾（此处参照LEED要求）从而保障安全并有助于提高总包的生产力。

在通过公司发布开工令之前，不可在现场进行任何施工作业。

发布开工令取决于完成所有公司通过公司认为必要的现场保卫，安全与临时设施搭建等必要工作（包括所有必要LEED事项）。

TheGCshallstartimplementinghealthandsafetymanagementimmediatelyuponappointmentbyundertakingacompleteandthroughriskassessmentofthesiteandtheplanedproject.Duringthisperiodtherisksandsafetyhazardsidentifiedshallbeloggedandacorrespondingsafetyplanshallbefinalized（adrafthavingalreadybeensubmittedwiththetender）drawingupofeachriskandhazard.Theimplementationandmatterarisingfromthisplanshallbereporteduponeveryweeklyprojectmeeting.

总包一旦被确定，它必须立即通过进行一个完整和详细的针对现场及项目的风险评估来启动实施健康与安全管理。

在此期间，发现的任何风险和安全危险因素，必须逐一记录，并且针对每个风险和安全危险因素制定安全计划（一份草拟文件已要求与投标书一同提交）来防止每个风险和安全危险的发生。

TheGCshallfullyaddressallsafetyissuestoensurethattheworkersaretrainedandawareofhowtosafelyaddressallrisksandhazards.Theyshouldalsobetrainedinthereportingofincidentsandaccidents.Theyshouldalsobemadefamiliarwiththesafedesignatedroutesaroundthesitetogetherwithactionsthatneedtobetakenintheeventofafireorevacuation.InadditiontheywillrequireaclearunderstandingofPPE（personalprotectiveequipment）requirementsandreceivetrainingontheiruse.Safetynoticeboardsshallbeprominentlylocatedwithkeymeasures，safetyrulesandnoticesandemergencyandhospitalnumbersclearlydisplayed.Firstaidprovisionsshouldalsobemadeonsiteandakeysafetypersonidentifiedtoall.Onceagainhealthandsafetywillbeontheagendaateverysiteandprogressmeeting.

总包必须采取所有安全措施来确保工人得到安全培训且能知晓如何安全地应对风险和危险。

他们也应获得如何对安全事件和事故进行报告的培训。

他们也应该熟悉工地现场的安全逃生路线，连同在出现火情及紧急疏散时需要采取相应行动。

此外他们需要明了PPE（个人防护装备）的使用要求并且接受相关的使用培训。

永久竖立安全告示牌并写有主要事项、安全法规、公告、紧急联络电话与医院电话的醒目通告。

工地现场也必须配备急救箱并让大家知道急救员是谁。

再次重申的是健康与安全必须列在每个现场进度例会的有关议程中。

一旦发生事故，总包必须开展一项完整的调查并且向项目经理报告以下内容:
