saxissolidjoint,theelevatorretransmitsthecertainamounteverytime(1080)thesignalimpulse,takesdownthepulsenumberbythecounter,andgivescomputerprocessingtorealizethemicrocomputertomeasurefast.Commonlyusedmeasuredthatthefastmethodmainlyhasthefollowingtwokinds.
2.1TheMlawmeasuresfast
TheMlawmeasuredthatfastisreadsthepulseintegerwhichintheequaltime-gaptherevolvingencodersendsouttofigureouttherotationalspeed.Thepulsenumberwhichsendsoutinthesametimeinternalrotationencoderisdifferent;
theobservedvalueisnotsame.TheMlawmeasuredthatfastschematicdiagramasshowninFigure1.

Inordertosafeguardtheelevatormovementthehighsecurity,inelevator'
seachkindofprotection,hastheconstantspeedsectiontoofastprotectionandthedecelerationsectiontoofastprotection,theconstantspeedsectionrunningratelikesurpasseshighestrotationalspeedVm15%,elevatorsafetyarrestment;
Indecelerationsectionmovement,ifdeterminesthespeedtosurpassgivenvalue10%,alsowillimplementthesafetyarrestment.Therefore,toreflectintheelevatormovementaccuratelythespeedcondition,realizesthecontrolsystemsecurity,reliably,tomovecontinuously,requeststhespeedwhichthemicrocomputerdeterminestobeaccurate,cansatisfycertainprecision.
4TheelevatormeasuredpreciselyfastM/Tlaw
Byabovemayknow,elevator'
svelocitymeasurementrequesthasthehighprecision,canreflectintheelevatormovementaccuratelytheactualrotationalspeed.Thefore-mentionedMlawmeasuresfast,lowspeedDuanCesutheprecisionisquitelow;
TheTlawmeasuresfast,lowspeedsectionrotationalspeedresolutionisstrong,butitmeasuredthatthefastprecisionisalsomuchworsethantheMlaw,theyuseintheelevatormeasuringthefastinsufficientideal;
ButM/Tmeasuredthatthefastprinciplesynthesizestwomethodsthemerits,bothmaythelowspeedsectionreliablesurveyingfast,andalsohasthehighresolutioninthehighspeedsection,adaptedtheelevatortothevelocitymeasurementrequest.TheM/TprinciplemeasuredthatthefastprincipleseesFigure4.
