3Tocreatedomesticemploymentopportunitiesandcontributetothedevelopmentofthenationaleconomy·

CreditTypes

1．ExportSellersCreditforEquipment

ExportSeIIer'

sCreditforEquipmentreferstotheloans，denominatedeitherInRenminbiorforeigncurrencies，providedbytheBanktoChinesecompaniestosupporttheirexportprojectofcompletesetsofequipment（includingaccessories），singleunitsandrelatedtechnicalservices.

ForthoseprojectsundertakeninChinathatarefinancedbytheloansfromtheWorldBank，AsianDevelopmentBankandotherinternationalfinancialinstitutionsorforeigngovernments，ifthereareChinesecontractorswinningtheinternationaltenderingofequipmentsupplyundertheprojects，theBankcanalsobeapproachedforthiscredit．

ForthoseprojectsinwhichChinesecompaniesbuildoceanengineeringstructuresfordomesticcompaniesengagedinoffshorenaturalgasexploitation，orChineseoffshorenaturalgasexploitationcompaniestradebetweenthemequipment—typeoceanengineeringstructures，theBankcanbeapproachedforthiscredit.

ProspectiveBorrowers

ProspectiveborrowersincludeChinesecompaniesthatareregisteredwithChineseAdministrationofindustryandCommerceoritslocaloffices，andaccreditedwithindependentlegalpersonstatus.

ApplicationRequirements

1）Theborrowershallbeanequipmentmanufactureroranexportagentthatdemonstratesappropriateproductioncapacity，reliablecontractperformancecapabiIity，soundmanagementandfinancialstatus,favorablecreditstanding,anddebtservicingcapability;

2）TheexportcontractvalueshallbenolessthanUSD1millionexceptfortheexportofequipment—relatedtechnicalservices；

ortheyearlyaccumulatedexportvolumeoftheborrowerexceedsUSD5million．

3）TheequipmentexportprojectshallconformtorelevantregulationssetintheAdministrativeMeasuresRegardingCoordinatingtheExportofsingleUnisofHeavyMachiheryandCompleteSetsofEquipment．（MOFTECOrderofMinistryNo．33，2001）;

4）Inthecaseofdeferredpaymenti,apaymentguaranteeacceptabletotheBankshallbeprovidedfortheamountoverdue；

5）Theimportershallhavestrongfinancialstatusandreliablecreditstanding；

6）Inthecasewhererepaymentisassessedasofhighrisk，exportcreditinsuranceshallbearrangedinaccordancewiththerequirementoftheBank；

7）ArepaymentguaranteeacceptabletotheBankshallbeprovided；

8）OtherrequirementsthattheBankdeemsnecessary

ApplicationDocuments

1）LoanApplication；

2）Theequipmentexportcontractapprovaldocumentsfromcompetentgovernmentauthorities，anddocumentsrequiredbytheAdministrativeMeasuresRegardingCoordinatingtheExportofSingleUnitsofHeavyMachineryandCompleteSetsofEquipmenl;

3）Exchangememosforagedrepaymentcollected．apaymentguaranteeforagingpaymentsreceivable，andasecurityforpaymentoftheamountoverdue；

4）Cashflowstatementoftheexportprojecttogetherwithananalysisofeconomicreturns；

5）ALetterofIntentforcoveringexportcreditinsurance（ifsuchaninsuranceisrequired）；

6）Profilestatementsofboththeborrowerandtheguarantorduplicatecopyofbusinesslicenseoftheborrowerthathaspassedtheannualexamination,auditedfinancialreportsofthepastthreeyearsandtheauditedfinancialstatementforthecurrentyear，andotherdocumentsthatdemonstratethecreditstandingsandoperationsofboththeborrowerandtheguarantor；

7）Inthecaseofcalculatingfundneedbycreditlinestatementsandreportscoveringtheexportofequipmentsinthepastthreeyearsbytheborrower,exportplansforthecurrentyearandsignedexportcontractsshallbeprovided

8）ALetterofIntentforrepaymentguaranteeorinthecaseofmortgageorpledge，validcertificatesofownershipofthepropertyundermortgageorpledgeandevaluationreportsthereof；

and

9）OtherdocumentsrequiredbytheBank

2.ExportSeller'

sCreditforHigh—andNew—techProducts

（IncludingSoftwareProducts）

ExportSeller'

sCreditforHigh—andNew—techProducts（includingsoftwareproducts）referstoloans，denominatedeitherinRenminbiorforeigncurrencies,providedtoChinesecompaniesforfinancingtheirexportofhigh—andnew—techproductsexcludingshipsandequipment．

ProspectiveborrowersincludeChinesecompaniesthatareregisteredwithChineseAdministrationofIndustryandCommerceoritslocaloffices,accreditedwithdependentlegalpersonstatus,andauthorizedtoexporthigh-andnew-techproducts.

1）Theborrowershalldemonstratefinemanagementandoperation,soundfinancialstatusandfavorablecreditstanding,andshallbecapableofrepayingtheprincipalandinterestincurred;

2）TheexportproductsshallbeeitherentriesontheExportListofHigh-andNew-TechProductsandtheListofHigh-andNew-LechProductspromulgatedbyChinesegovernmentorproductsconfirmedashigh-andnew-techbycompetentgovernmentauthorities;

3）Theborrower'

syearlyexportvolumeofthehigh-andnew-techproductsshallreachUSD3million,orUSD1millioninthecaseofsoftwareproducts;

4）Inthecaseofasoftwareexporter,theborrowershalldemonstratepowerfulresearchandproductdevelopmentcapacity,havingobtainedeitherCMMLevel*oraboveCertificateorGB/T19000-1SO9000qualityassurancecertificate;

5）ArepaymentguaranteeacceptabletotheBankshallbeprovided;

6）OtherrequirementsthattheBankdeemsnecessary.

2）Exportlicenseoftheborrower,profilestatementsofboththeborrowerandtheguarantor,aduplicatecopyofthebusinesslicenseoftheborrowerthathaspassedtheannualexamination,auditedfinancialreportsofthepastthreeyearsandtheauditedfinancialstatementsforthecurrentyear,andotherdocumentsthatdemonstratethecreditstandingsandtheoperationsofboththeborrowerandtheguarantor;

3）Statementsandreportscoveringtheborrower'

sexportofhigh-and

new-techproductsinthepastthreeyears,exportplansforthecurrentyear,togetherwithexportcontractsalreadysigned;

4）ALetterofIntentforrepaymentguarantee,orinthecaseofmortgageorpledge,validcertificatesofownershipofthepropertyundermortgageorpledgeandevaluationreportsthereof;

5）OtherdocumentsrequiredbytheBank.

3.ExportSelledsCreditforGeneralMechanicalandElectronic

Products

sCreditforGeneralMechanicalandElectronicProductsreferstoloans,denominatedeitherinRenminbiorforeigncurrencies,providedtoChinesecompaniesforfinancingtheirexportofthemechanicalandelectronicproductsexcludingships,equipmentandhigh-andnew-techproducts.

ProspectiveborrowersincludetheChinesecompaniesthatareregisteredwithChineseAdministrationofIndustryandCommerceoritslocaloffices,accreditedwithindependentlegalpersonstatus,andauthorizedtoexportgeneralmechanicalandelectronicproducts.

1）Theborrowershalldemonstratefinemanagementandoperations,soundfinancialstatusandfavorablecreditstanding,andshallbecapableofrepayingtheprincipalandinterestincurred;

2）TheexportproductsshallbeincludedintheListofMechanicalandElectronicProductspromulgatedbytheChinesegovernment,orshallbeconfirmedassuchbycompetentgovernmentauthorities;

syearlyexportvolumeofgeneralmechanicalandelectronicproductsshallreachUSD5millionandabove,orUSD3millioninthecaseofprivatecompaniesorthosecompaniesbasedinthecentralandwesternregionsofChina;

4）RepaymentguaranteeacceptabletotheBankshallbeprovided;

5）OtherrequirementsthattheBankdeemsnecessary.

2）Exportlicenseoftheborrower,profilestatementsofboththeborrowerandtheguarantor,duplicatecopyofthebusinesslicenseoftheborrowerthathaspassedtheannualexamination,auditedfinancialreportsofthepastmoreyearsanorecentauditedfinanciastatementsofthecurrentyear,andotherdocumentsthatdemonstratethecreditstandingsandtheoperationsofboththeborrowerantheguarantor:
