应用翻译课程设计任务书
一、课程设计目的:
应用翻译课程设计的主要目的在于训练和提高学生运用所学的翻译知识和技巧进行英汉互译的能力。
学生在翻译过程中,通过对汉英心理文化与语言文化进行对比，帮助学生掌握西方思维方式和汉英两种语言的异同，有效地克服英译汉遣词、造句、谋篇过程中常遇到的障碍。
通过该课程设计，使学生应用翻译能力有一定幅度的提高，并能学会在翻译理论的指导下进行实践.。
二、课程设计对象:
本课程设计的对象为英语专业本科四年级0401--0404班全体学生。
三、课程设计内容及要求:
本课程设计的内容为翻译五种不同体裁的文本。
要求1、课程设计任务必须独立完成，不得抄袭；
2、译文须用A4纸打印填写在相应的任务栏内；
3、第17周星期五下午四点之前交指导老师评阅；

1、学习态度、工作量完成情况；
2、译文质量即运用翻译基本知识和理论的能力；
3、存在的问题和须改进的方面。
最后指导老师须给出相应的优、良、中、及格和不及格五个等级

Ontheriver,andespeciallywithHuckFinn,Twainfoundtheultimateexpressionofescapefromthepacehelivedbyandoftendeplored,fromlife’sregularitiesandtheenergy-sappingclamorforsuccess.

Bitternessfedonthemanwhohadmadetheworldlaugh.Themoralizingofhisearlierwritinghadbeenwellpaddedwithhumor.Nowtheglovescameoffwithbitingsatire.HepretendedtopraisetheU.S.militaryforthemassacreof600PhilippineMorosinthebowlofavolcaniccrater.InTheMysteriousStranger,heinsistedthatmandrophisreligiousillusionsanddependuponhimself,notProvidencetomakeabetterworld.

ThisquestionhasremindedmeofremarksmadebyNobellaureateeconomistTheodoreSchultz.Hesaidmostofthepeopleintheworldarepoor.Soifweknewtheeconomicsofthepoor,wewouldknowmuchoftheeconomicsthatreallymatter.Mostoftheworld′spoorpeopleearntheirlivingfromagriculture.Soifweknewtheeconomicsofagriculture,wewouldknowmuchoftheeconomicsofbeingpoor.

应用写作课程设计任务书
应用写作课程设计的目的在于培养学生基本的谴词造句能力和不同体裁及文体写作的能力；
通过写作实践和训练，帮助学生养成良好地用英语思维写作的习惯；
同时，通过不同文体的写作，培养和提高学生用英语写作的实际书面交际能力。
本课程设计的对象为英语专业0401班—0404班全体学生
本课程设计的内容为四种不同文体的写作。
要求1、课程设计任务必须按要求独立完成，不得相互抄袭；
2、完成后的写作任务要求打印填写在相应的任务栏内；
3、18周星期五下午五点之前交指导老师评阅；
2006——2007学年二学期第18周
指导教师根据学生所写的内容，从以下几个方面给予评定，
2、写作质量（语句表达是否准确流畅、是否条理清楚、观点明确；
重点突出等）
最后由指导老师给出相应的优、良、中、及格和不及格五个等级

五月五日货到后，上海商检局进行检验时，发现该批货物存在严重的质量问题。
该批货物的质量比美国B公司出示的样品的质量差很多。
中方A公司决定向美国B公司退货并索赔。
中方A公司致函至B公司，说明该批货物的质量并要求对方按发票金额退赔全额货款及货物检验费共计一百零三万美元。

一经查明，责任在美方，将立即赔款并就此事向中方道歉。

立即重新发货，并希望中方能代他们将该批货物在当地市场以美方报价出售。
即每件六美元的价格（包括中方3%的佣金）。
如中方同意，请中方用传真回复。
美方对给中方带来的不便表示深深的歉意并承诺今后的工作会注意每一个细节，不再让类似的事情发生。
