二、制定加工工艺
1、零件工艺分析
由零件图1可知,零件主要由圆柱面、圆弧面、槽、螺纹、倒角集中表面组成,且零件的尺寸精度、形状精度、位置精度以及表面粗糙度要求不高,满足数控CK6132型车床的加工范围,因此采用CK6132型数控车床进行加工。
因为零件的毛坯尺寸为Φ30,加工后的最小部分尺寸为Φ12,加工余量不大,故将加工过程划分为粗加工阶段和精加工阶段,编程时采用固定循环指令G71和G70。
2、加工工艺路线的确定
根据轴类零件的加工工艺,安排其工艺路线如下:
a)外圆倒角,然后粗、精车循环指令加工外轮廓,保证个部位尺寸
b)加工退刀槽,保证Φ12尺寸
c)加工M16X2螺纹,保证尺寸
d)切断,保证工件长度55mm

四、铣削工艺制定
1、零件图工艺分析
由零件图2可知,该零件为带孔的零件,形状简单,采用立式数控铣床进行加工。
零件的毛坯尺寸为51mmX51mmX13mm的45钢。
由于零件外轮廓对称,因此工件坐标系原点选在中心点。
由图可知,此零件是一个两层的零件,分为内外轮廓,此外又在四周加工出孔。
从机械的角度分析,应该先加工外轮廓,之后再加工内轮廓,最后再转四个Φ4个孔。
