TestingServiceTerms

Testingapplicationsarevoluntarilysignedbybothparties.Ourgroupwillofferservicesinaccordancewiththefollowingterms.Anyviolationandmodificationisnotallowed.Theapplicanthasfullyunderstoodallthetermsofthisapplicationandhasconfirmedthatnoneofformattingclause,thatanyrulesforinterpretationofformattingclausearenotapplicable.

1Submittalforinspection

1.1Theapplicantshouldprovideallmaterialsrequiredforinspectionontime,includingtheinformationoftheapplicant,therequirementsforinspection,andsamples.Theapplicantshouldberesponsiblefortheaccuracyofalltheinformationandmaterialsprovided.Iftheapplicantfailstoordelaystoprovidethecorrectinformationorsamples,ourgroupmayfailtoordelaytofulfillourservicecommitmentsorfailtocollectthedataasexpected.Wewillnotberesponsibleforanylossincurred.

1.2Theapplicantshouldinformourgroupintimeofanypotentialdangerofthesamples.Otherwise,theapplicantshouldberesponsibleforanylossincurred.

1.3Normally,theinspectioncycleiswithinthetimeasstipulatedintheapplication,unlessunderexceptionalcircumstances.

1.4Normally,thecontactandaddressspecifiedintheapplicationaresendinginformationbydefault,unlessunderexceptionalcircumstances.

1.5Theapplicantshallensurethelegalityofthesampleforinspection.Ifthesourceofsampleissuspectedtobeillegal,theapplicantshallsubmitsufficientrelevantproofmaterialsintime.Otherwise,theapplicantmustbefullyresponsibleforanypenalties,detention,confiscationandtherelevantconsequences.

2InspectionofsamplesandtestReport

2.1Unlesstheapplicantspecifiestherequirements,itisassumedthatthebusinessisforthedomesticproductionandmarketingandwewillchooseasuitablestandardormeansforthetests.Ifnecessary,theapplicantmayneedtoagreethatthesamplesaretestedbyatestingstandardestablishedbyourgroup.

2.2Theapplicantmustspecifytheversionofthetestingstandardifnecessary.Otherwise,ourgroupwilltestthesamplesbythelatestorsuitableversionofthestandard.

2.3Ifnecessary,ourgroupwillexplainthesituationtotheapplicantthatanappointedsubcontractorwillundertakethewholeormostofthetestingse
