（1）TheseRegulationsmaybecitedastheElectricitySafety,QualityandContinuityRegulations2002andshallcomeintoforceon31stJanuary2003.

（2）AnyrequirementintheseRegulationsforgoodsormaterialstocomplywithaspecifiedstandardshallbesatisfiedbycompliancewithanequivalentstandard
