ArticleIIILaborRemuneration

PartyB'sincomecombinesbytwo-partssalariesandbonuses.TheannualsalaryisRMB,monthlysalarypaymentisRMB,remainingannualsalarywillbepaidattheendofyearinone-time.Theannualsalarycanbeadjustedalongwiththecompany'sbenefitandindividualperformance.Abovesalaryandbonusareaftertax,relevanttaxandfeesarewithholdingbyPartyA.

ArticleIVWelfareandSocialInsurance

1.Accordingtothenationalpolicyandlocalgovernmentpolicy,PartyAstructuresthebasicsocialinsuranceforPartyB.

2.PartyBwillenjoywelfaresspecifiedtreatmentbythecountry'semployeespublicholiday,marriageleave,maternityleave,bereavementleave,familyleave,vacation,willallbeimplementedaccordingtonationalpolicyandPartyA’srelevantrules.

ArticleVResponsibilities,RightsandobligationsofPartyA

1.PartyAexplicitlystipulatesthescopeandresponsibilityofoperatingmanagementforPartyB,andprovideconveniencetoPartyBensurethemanagementprocesstosucceed.

2.IfPartyBshowedillegaloperation,PartyAhasrighttoterminatetheagreementinadvance;ifPartyBcausesseriousconsequencestoPartyA,PartyAhasrighttopursuePartyB'sresponsibilityandlegalliability.

3.Accordingtotherelevantnationalregulationsandthisagreementterms,PartyAshallpayPartyBcompensationontime.

ArticleVIResponsibilities,RightsandobligationsofPartyB

1.PartyBshallstrictlyabidetherelevantrulesandregulationsofthecompany,managingthecompany'sbusinessactivities,PartyBshallnothaveanyviolationofnationallawsandregulationsanddamagetheinterestsofthecompany.

2.PartyBhastherighttogetpaidinfullandontime.

3.PartyBhastherighttoenjoywelfareandsocialinsuranceinaccordancewiththelawregulationofnation.

4.PartyBshallhavetheobligationtoperformresponsibilitiesoftheposition,tocompletethespecifiedworkingtaskssetbythecompany.

ArticleVIIReliefandContinuingoftheEmploymentContract

1.Eitherpartyfrombothpartieswhenrequiredtochangethecontract,shallmakeawrittenapplicationandsendtootherpartyandwhoshallreturnbywrittenreplyafterreceivingwithin15days,thencanchangethecontractbymutualagreement;iffailedtoreachaconsensus,bothpartiesshallcontinuetobeexecutedthiscontract

2.Duringthecontractingperiod,PartyBwasunabletoperformtheresponsibilitiesasspecifiedbythisagreement,failedinspectionorhaveillegalandundisciplinedactivities,PartyAshallhavetherighttodismiss,terminatethiscontract.

3.Afterthiscontractexpiredasthetermstated,whetherrenewalorrelief,shallnegotiateadditionallybybothparties,canberenewedthecontinuingcontractbymutualconsent.

ArticleVIIIOthers

1.Ifthisagreementhasuncompletedmattersherein,shallnegotiatebetweentwoparties,toissuethesupplementaryspecification.Thesupplementaryspecificationhaveequallyauthenticasthisagreement.

2.Thisagreementisinduplicate,bothpartieskeeponeeach,shalleffectiveafterbothpartiessignedandsealed.
