四、利润以及盈亏分担

合作经营的利润分配方式为：

合作终止以及终止后的事项

第七条：

违约责任

Ifthereisoneofthepartieswhoviolatetheagreement,theviolativepartyshallbearthecorrespondingresponsibility,andtocompensatethelossfortheobservantparty.

协议人违反本协议条款，违约方应承担相应的合同责任，并赔偿守约方损失。

TheeighthAdditionalremarks

第八条：

补充说明

Bothpartiescandiscussifthereisanythingshouldbeaddedandmodified.Alsotherevisedcontractisstilleffective.

本合同如有未尽事宜应由合作人集体讨论补充或修改，补充修改的内容与本合同具有同等效力。

Twocopiesofthisagreement,bothsidesarmedwithacopyofbothsides,thecontractwillbevalidsincetheagreementwassigned.
