摘要
国家统计局表示，2010年上半年在GDP增长的三大需求中，最终金融对经济增长的贡献率为53.4%，拉动GDP增长3.8个百分点。
投资对经济增长率为87.6%，拉动GDP增长6.2个百分点。
出口对经济增长的贡献率为负41%，下拉GDP增长负2.9个百分点。
作为经济增长的“三架马车”之一的金融，在经济增长方式转变的关键时期，金融在国民经济良性循环中的枢纽和动力作用日益突出，长期以来就是众多学者所关注的热点。
无论是在经济高速发展期，还是在金融危机的衰退期，刺激金融已经是最常用，最管用的方法之一。
居民金融是社会再生产的重要环节，居民金融需求的增长是拉动长期经济增长的主要动力，随着经济水平的提高和金融行为的多样化，金融行为及其规律的把握在宏观经济运行中具有重要的地位，人们对金融相关领域的关注愈发具有理论和现实意义。
基于上述研究背景，本文力图将理论和实践相结合，以金融业为个案，对“金融对经济增长的影响”进行了系统研究。
首先，在合理阐述金融与经济增长的内在关联性，深入考察国内外研究动态的基础上，分析了1978－2009年金融业金融率、金融需求弹性系数、金融对经济增长贡献以及金融与经济增长的关联度变化情况，在实践中印证金融对经济增长的拉动作用。
分析了金融对经济增长的作用机理，为后面章节（？
）研究奠定了理论基础。
接着运用模型对数据实证模拟，研究金融业金融与经济增长的长期均衡关系和短期动态因果关系，得出金融业金融与经济增长存在的长期均衡，金融对经济增长有正向促进作用的结论。
其次，研究金融业现金居民的金融现状和特征，分析了金融业居民金融与经济增长的关系，并剖析了制约金融业居民金融制约经济增长的原因。
以此为基础，提出了扩大金融需求的鼓励性政策思路：
提高现金居民收入，调节收入分配关系；
促进农村经济快速发展，提高农民收入，开拓农村市场；
完善社会保障制度，营造良好的金融环境；
积极发展金融信贷，加快个人信用体系建设；
规范市场流通秩序，优化金融环境。

Basedontheaboveresearchbackground,thispaperseekstocombinetheoryandpracticetoZhangzhouCase,on"

inthesystem.Firstofall,areasonablesetofinternalconsumptionandeconomicgrowth,relevance,in-depthstudyonthebasisofapplicationresearch.Analysisofthe1978-2009consumptionratesinZhangzhouCity,consumerdemandelasticity,consumercontributiontoeconomicgrowthandconsumptiongrowthcorrelationwiththechanges,inpractice,proveconsumptionontheroleofeconomicgrowth.Analysisofconsumptiononeconomicgrowth,themechanismforthelaterchaptersofthetheoreticalfoundation.Thenempiricaldatausingmodelsimulation,ZhangzhouCity,consumptionandeconomicgrowthinthedynamiclong-termequilibriumrelationshipandshort-termcausalrelationship,obtainedconsumptionandeconomicgrowthinZhangzhouCity,theexistenceoflong-termequilibrium,consumptionhasapositiveroleinpromotingeconomicgrowthandtheconclusions.Secondly,thestudyoftheconsumptionofurbanandruralresidentsZhangzhoustatusandcharacteristicsoftheresidentsofZhangzhouCity,therelationshipbetweenconsumptionandeconomicgrowth,andanalyzetheconstraintsofZhangzhouCity,theconsumerconstraintoneconomicgrowth.Onthisbasis,proposedincentivestoexpandconsumptiondemandpolicyideas:
toimproveruralincome,distributionofincome;
promotingrapideconomicgrowthinruralareas,raisefarmincome,developingtheruralmarket;
improvingthesocialsecuritysystem,tocreateagoodenvironmentforconsumption;
thepositivedevelopmentofconsumercredit,personalcreditsystemtospeedup;
standardizethemarketorderflow,theconsumptionenvironment.
