Abstract
Gearboxshellisamorecomplexstructureofsparepartsbox,itshighprecision,complexprocess,andtheprocessingqualitywillaffecttheoverallperformanceengine,soithasbecometheenginemanufacturer'
sfocuspartsone.Machiningprocessplanningmustguaranteethemachiningqualityofparts,tomeetthetechnicalrequirementsstipulatedindrawings,atthesametimeshouldalsohavehighproductivityandefficiency.Therefore,machiningprocessplanningdesignisanimportantwork,requiresdesignersmusthavearichexperienceinproductionpracticeandwiderangeofmechanicalmanufacturingtechnologybasictheoryknowledge.Inthespecifiedprocedure,shouldaccordingtotheproductionofpartsandtheexistingequipmentconditions,takingtheprocessingqualityintoaccount,productivityandeconomyrequirements,afterrepeatedanalysisandcomparison,todeterminetheoptimalorthebestsolution.
1.TechnicalCharacteristicsofthegearboxshell
