Abstract

Gearboxshellisamorecomplexstructureofsparepartsbox,itshighprecision,complexprocess,andtheprocessingqualitywillaffecttheoverallperformanceengine,soithasbecometheenginemanufacturer'

sfocuspartsone.Machiningprocessplanningmustguaranteethemachiningqualityofparts,tomeetthetechnicalrequirementsstipulatedindrawings,atthesametimeshouldalsohavehighproductivityandefficiency.Therefore,machiningprocessplanningdesignisanimportantwork,requiresdesignersmusthavearichexperienceinproductionpracticeandwiderangeofmechanicalmanufacturingtechnologybasictheoryknowledge.Inthespecifiedprocedure,shouldaccordingtotheproductionofpartsandtheexistingequipmentconditions,takingtheprocessingqualityintoaccount,productivityandeconomyrequirements,afterrepeatedanalysisandcomparison,todeterminetheoptimalorthebestsolution.

1.TechnicalCharacteristicsofthegearboxshell

Thegearboxshellprocessfeaturesare:

thestructureofcomplexshape;

processingplane,morethanholes;

unevenwallthicknessandstiffnessislow;

processingofhighprecisiontypicalofbox-typeprocessingpart.Themainprocessingofthesurfaceofcylinderblocktopsurface,themainbearingside,cylinderbore,themainandcamshaftbearingboreholesandsoon,theywilldirectlyaffectthemachiningaccuracyoftheengineassemblyprecisionandperformance,mainlyrelyonprecisionequipment,industrialfixturesreliabilityandprocessingtechnologytoensurethereasonableness.

2.Thegearboxshellprocessdesignprinciplesandthebasis

DesignTechnologyprogramshouldbetoensureproductqualityatthesametime,givefullconsiderationtotheproductioncycle,costandenvironmentalprotection;

basedontheenterprisesabilitytoactivelyadoptadvancedprocesstechnologyandequipment,andconstantlyenhancetheirleveloftechnology.Gearboxshellmachiningprocessdesignshouldfollowthefollowingbasicprinciples:

2.1Theselectionofprocessingequipment

3.Thegearboxshellmachiningprocessdesignthemaincontent

Gearboxshellcomplexstructure,highprecision,argesize,isthin-walledparts,thereareanumberofhighprecisionplaneandholes.Engineblockmachiningprocesscharacteristics;

mainlyflatandtheholeprocessing,processingofflatgenerallyuseplaning,millingmethodssuchasprocessing,processingofholeusedmainlyboring,processingandmulti-purposedrillingholes.Asthecylindercomplexstructure.sohowtoensurethatthemutualpositionofthesurfaceprocessingprecisionisanimportantissue.

3.1Theselectionofblank

GearboxshellonthematerialsusedaregenerallygraycastironHT150,HT200,HT250,thereisalsocastaluminumorsteelplate,thisengineblockusinghigh-strengthalloycastiron.Cylinderintheprocessingpriortoagingtreatmentinordertoeliminatestressandimprovetheroughcastingmechanicalproperties.

Improvetheroughaccuracy,reductionofmachiningallowance,istoimprovetheautomatedproductionlinesystemproductivityandprocessingqualityoftheimportantmeasures.Astheforeignbox-typepartsofroughqualityandhighprecision,anditsproduction-linesystemhasbeenimplementeddirectlyontheblankline,notonlyeliminatingtheneedforblankcheckdevicealsosavestheroughqualityproblemsduetowa
