Mainperformanceandapplications
电子称重耐压式皮带给煤机用于电力或其它行业锅炉用煤的计量给料.给料过程为皮带连续给料.给料机将来自于用户给料仓或其它给料设备的物料输送并通过称重桥架进行重量检测;
同时装于尾轮的测速传感器对皮带进行速度检测;
被检测的重量信号及速度信号一同送入6105P积算器进行微积分处理并显示以吨每小时为单位的瞬时流量及以吨为单位的累计量.其内部调节器将实测瞬时流量信号值与经过通讯板来自于工控机的设定流量值进行比较,并根据偏离大小输出相应的信号值,通过变频器改变电机转速的快慢以改变给料量使之与设定值一致,从而完成恒定给料流量的控制.累积量信号被送入工控机,实现设定给料总量达标停机功能。
运输及计量均在坚固的耐压腔体内进行.在输送及计量下部设有刮板式清扫装置,撒落料及飞灰都能被清理到出煤口.整个系统设有皮带跑偏报警,堵煤报警,断煤报警,断链报警和腔内超温报警。
机体外壳开有多个观察窗、照明灯，便于随时观察机器运转情况。
Weighingpressure-tightbeltcoalfeederisusedonthebatchingfeedingofthepowerplantorcoalfeedingapplicationsinotherindustries.Thefeedingprocessisacontinuousbeltfeedingprocess.Thefeederwillfeedthematerialsfromthecustomer’sfeedhopperorotherfeedequipmentsandweightheweightofthematerialsthroughtheweighbridge.Meanwhile,thespeedsensorinthetailrollermeasuresthespeedofthebelt.Themeasuredweightsignalsandspeedsignalsaresentintothe6105Pintegratortogetherforthecalculouscalculationandtheinstantaneousflowrateinton/hourunitandthetotalsintonunitwillbedisplayed.Theinneradaptercomparesthemeasuredinstantaneousflowratesignalvalueswiththepresetflowratevaluesfromthecomputerthroughthecommunicationboard,outputsthe3
relevantsignalvaluesbasedonthedeviation,changestherotatespeedofthemotorandmakethefeedratesamewiththepresetonesthroughthetransducerandthuscompletethecontroloftheinvariablefeedrate.Thetotalsignalsaresentintothecomputerforsettingthestopfunctionwhenthetotalreachesthestandards.Conveyanceandmeasurementarebothcarriedoutinthesolidpressuretightbody.Thereisasweep-cleaningdevice,whichcancleanthespilledmaterialandtheflyashtothecoaldischarger,inthelowerpartoftheconveyanceandmeasurementpart.Therearebeltrun-offalarm,coalblockagealarm,nocoalalarm,chainbreakingalarmandover-temperaturealarminsidethebodyinthesystem.Thereareseveralmonitoringwindows,lightsonthehousingfortheeasymonitoringofthemachines’operation.Structureintroduction
电子称重耐压式皮带给煤机的壳体是由钢板卷成的密封槽体，其两端及侧面开有密封良好，方便安装、检修的活动门.输送、计量各部件均固定在槽体两侧壁上，整体刚性好，有利于计量.此外，耐压给煤机还包括一些辅件（进、出料口电动闸板阀等）。
下面分别简单介绍：
Thehousingoftheweighingpressure-tightbeltcoalfeederisasealedtroughbodyweldedwithsteelplate.Thereareeasyinstalledandaccessdoorsthatarewellsealedonbothendsandthesidesofthehousing.Theconveyanceandmeasurementpartsareallmountedonthesidewallsofthechute,whichareofexcellentintegralsolidnessandgoodforthemeasurement.Additionally,thepressuretightcoalfeederincludessomeparts（inletelectricgatevalve,outletelectricgatevalve,etc.）.Pleasereadthefollowingforthedetails:
1.头轮为胶面人字齿,尾轮为钢面腰鼓形,有利于对皮带的纠偏.其轴承采用外球面球轴承,安装形式为立式,具有自动调心功能,对安装精度4
要求不高。
出厂时此轴承已预填装润滑脂并采用双层密封形式,因此尤其适用于粉尘较多的场合.Theheadrollerisrubberherringbonetoothandthetailrollerisofsteeldrumtypewhicharegoodforthecorrectionofthebeltdisalignment.Thebearing,whichcontainstheauto-centeradjustingfunctionanddoesn’thavehighmountrequirement.Thebearinghasbeenputwiththelubricationanddoublesealedinthefactory,soitisespeciallysuitablefortheenvironmentwithmuchdust.
2.本机在受料区布有四组平托辊以减少料仓物料对皮带的冲击;
皮带秤一组作为称重托辊;
托辊为钢面圆柱形,其表面为加工面,相对于托辊轴的径向跳动减小,有利于计量;
托辊两端装有向心球轴承,外侧为迷宫式密封圈,适用于粉尘较大的场合.Thereare4groupsofflatidlersonthereceivingplaceofthemachinetoreducetheimpactofthematerialfromthehoppertothebelt.Theidlersofthebeltscalearetakenastheweighingidlers.Theidlersaresteelcylindricalmodel,thesurfaceismachinedsurfaceandreducethecircularrun-outtotheidlershaft,whichisgoodforthemeasurement.Thereareannularballbearingonbothendsoftheidler,theouterislabyrinthsealringthataregoodfortheapplicationwithdust.
3.胶带环形阻燃裙边胶带。
既能够承受一定的温度，又防止了物料的撒落。
皮带张紧器采用螺旋张紧器，能很方便的调整皮带张力和纠偏皮带。
