1.1ThetwocomponentsSILOXIRANEbasedcoatingmaterialshallbeappliedtocargotank,cargosloptankandresidualoiltank,excludingtheiroutfitting.
本双组分油漆的基料为SILOXIRANE,应用于货油舱、货油污油舱和货油泄放舱,不包括它们内部的舾装件。

1.2Tankcoatingshallbecarriedoutafterthecompletionofhotworkinthetanksandadjacentareasandtanktesting.
在舱内和舱体(六面体)周围火工作业结束及检查通过以后进行特涂施工。
1.3Tankcoatingprocedureshallbedecidedinaccordancewiththebuilder’spractice,paintmanufacturer’srecommendationandowner’sfinalapproval.
特涂工艺的制定要遵照施工方的惯例和涂料制造商的建议并经船东认可。
1.4Surfacepreparationandcoatingshallbecarriedoutaftertheerectionandthecompletionofoutfittingworks.
表面预处理和油漆必须在上船台(或下坞)和舾装工作结束以后进行。
1.5Anymisappliedshopprimerorothercoatingshallbecompletelyremovedduringthesecondarysurfacepreparation.
任何误涂的车间底漆或其它油漆必须在二次除锈过程中清除。
1.6ThisCoatingProcedureshalltogetherwiththeMarineLINEApplicationProcedurebetheonlyvaliddocumentsforallpartiesinvolvedinthetankcoatingoperation.
本特涂工艺结合MarineLine施工工艺作为从事本特涂作业各方的唯一有效工艺文件。
1.7Thetankcoatingmaterialsshallbestored,mixed,appliedandcuredinstrictobservanceoftherequirementsandrecommendationsofthecoatingmanufacturer,theMarineLINEApplicationProcedure,theSpecificationandthisCoatingProcedure.
本特涂油漆的贮存、混合、涂覆和固化必须严格遵守涂料制造商的要求和建议,按照MarineLINE施工工艺、技术规格书和本特涂工艺进行。

1.8Thecoatingmanufacturer’sinspectionshallnotrelievethebuilderofanyofit’sresponsibilitiestofollowtherequirementoftheSpecificationandthisCoatingProcedure.
涂料制造商进行的检查不减轻船厂遵守技术说明书和特涂工艺的责任。
1.9Thebuildershallprovideallnecessaryskilledlabor,tools,equipmentandpoweretc.tocarryoutthesurfacepreparation,applicationofcoatingmaterialsandcuringofthecoatingsystemasspecified,toallsurfacesofthecargo-,slop-andresidualoiltanks.
船厂需提供所有必须的熟练工人、工具、设备和动力等,按照规定对货油舱、货油污油舱和货油泄放舱的内表面进行表面预处理、油漆和固化。
1.10Priortothevessel’sdeparturefromthebuilder’spremises,thecoating,includingalldamagerepairsshallbefullycuredtoenableimmediatecarriageofproductsasspecifiedintheCoatingManufacturer’sCargoResistanceGuide.

1.11Standardsafetyprecautionsemployedintankcoatingoperationsandlocallawsrelatingtoallaspectsoftheworktobeperformedinsidethetanksandtheirenvironments,shallbestrictlyobservedandfollowed.

1.12Dustandsolventsreleasedduringtankcoatingoperationsarebothnoxiousandexplosive.Consequently,properventilationmustbeprovidedtothetanksduringalloperationstokeepthe“LowExplosionLimit”(LEL)below10%.
特涂施工中产生的粉尘和挥发的溶剂是有害和致爆的,因此,在所有施工过程中必须提供恰当的通风,保持低于“最低爆炸极限”10%。
1.13Theowner’ssuperintendentsandcoatingmanufacturer’srepresentativesshallhavetherighttorefuseentryintothetanksorconfinedspacesiftheysuspecthealthorexplosivehazardsexisttherein.Thebuildershalldelivertotheowner’ssuperintendentsa“GasFreeCertificate”(orsimilar)forthetanksthatrequiretankliningoperation.
如果船东和涂料厂商技术代表认为存在健康和爆炸危险的隐患,他们可拒绝进入舱内或封闭的空间。
船厂要向船东提供关于特涂舱的“测爆合格证书”(或类似文件)。
1.14Thebuildershallberesponsibleforfollowingthecoatingmanufacturer’sMaterialSafetyDataSheetsatalltimes.Allsafetyrelatedrulesandrequirementsthatapplytoanyspecificworkshallbeadheredtostrictly.
船厂必须始终遵守涂料厂商的原材料安全数据表,任何特定的施工必须严格按相关的安全规范和要求执行。

1.15Adetailedworkscheduleincorporatingallphasesoftheworktobeprepared,includingstaging,steelpreparation,mainblasting,applicationofcoating,inspection,installationofoutfitting,curing,saltwatertesting,etc.,shallbeprovidedtotheowner’ssuperintendentspriortothestartofthetankcoatingoperations.
在特涂施工前,向船东提供一份详细的施工日程计划,内容包括搭脚手、表面处理、主冲砂、油漆作业、交验、舾装件安装、固化、可溶性盐检测等。
1.16Nodeviationsfromthecontentsand/ordatacontainedinthespecification,theMarineLINEApplicationsProcedureandthisCoatingProcedureshallbepermittedwithouttheexpresswrittenpermissionoftheowner’ssuperint
