结构设计的使用年限为50年,建筑施工图纸和结构施工图纸齐全,另外还有节能设计专篇以及建筑防火设计专篇,详细地介绍了本工程设计的防火和节能的具体施工措施和方法。
由于对建筑各部分围护结构均做了节能设计,且围护结构的传热系数和遮阳系数均小于规范限值,根据公共建施节能设计标准GB50189-2005的规定,本工程能够满足节能的要求,建设单位及施工单位应严格按照节能设计的要求施工,确保工程施工能够满足节能标准和质量要求。
本设计包括两大部分,一部分是手写计算,包括工程量计算书、钢筋配料表、综合单价分析表、工程量清单计价文件;
另一部分是文字说明部分,即设计说明书,主要包括清单报价和建筑节能施工技术的应用研究。
计算部分主要内容包括清单计价模式该工程建筑工程、装饰装修工程的工程量的计算书;
编制综合单价分析表和清单计价表等确定该工程的报价。
并以计算出来的价格作为确定工程投标和各阶段成本控制的依据。
编制清单报价文件便于系统的掌握工程各阶段的费用支出,作为清单报价的依据。
文字说明部分主要是设计说明书的编写,包括清单报价文件设计、建筑节能施工技术的应用研究。

结合科研生产楼的设计方案,主要介绍了本工程清单报价的编制依据、清单报价的编制方法和清单报价的确定。
完成工程量计算书,钢筋配料表,综合单价分析表,清单文件,清单计价文件。
(2)建筑节能施工技术的应用研究
对国内外建筑节能施工技术的发展做出总体介绍,通过我国建筑能耗的特点和环境的形势,分析我国建筑节能的必要性及其现状,并且结合科研生产楼分析节能施工中的各种节能措施及方法。
建筑节能的广泛应用将对人类的可持续发展做出巨大贡献,节能材料的发展又必须与建筑施工技术相结合,才能真正发挥其作用。
