Thisreporthasthepurposeofpresentingthereasonsforcustomercomplaintsin2002.
FIELDINGS
Thecustomercomplaintsreceivedin2002were300inJanuary.Thentheyincreasedto540inFebruarybecauseofthecomputersystem’sbreakdown.
InMarchtheyfellto230becauseanimprovedordersystemwasintroduced.
ThereasonsforcomplaintsfromJanuarytoMarchwereanalysed:
Firstlythecompanyreceivedcomplaintsforincorrectordersdelivered.TheseerrorswerefewerinMarch.
Secondlythetimetakentodeliveristoohigh,butthecompanyhasplannedtorecruitnewagents.
Finallycustomerscomplainforthepoorproductquality.Inordertosolvethisproblemmorequalitycontrolsaremaking.
CONCLUSIONS
Atthemomentallcustomersaren’tsatisfiedbutmanymeasureshavebeentakentoimprovetheirsatisfaction.

AsregardstoTelecarswehaveagoodreferencesonthem.Itisveryexperiencedtraditionalfirmandisalsoveryreliable.Theyprovide24-hoursservicethatisusefulduringnightmeetingsandnegotiations.StreetlightCabsisbrandnewcompanyandtherearenoreferencesonthem.Buttheyprovidelongdistancerouteswhichweuseveryoftenandtheyarealsocheaper.Ontheotherhandtheydon’thavewebpageandsointernetbookingisn’tavailable.
Conclusion:
IrecommendtochooseTelecarsbecauseoftheirreliability,longtraditionandwelltrainedstaff.
