Article1DetailsofhouseNo.505,BuildingI6,GroupI,A4ResidenceArea,WangjingXinchengpleaseseeAnnex1.Constructionareaofthishouseis103㎡（includingroombuildingareais82㎡,sharedpropertyareais21㎡）,detailsofpublicpartspleaseseetheAnnex2.AboveconstructionareaistemporarymeasuredbyPartyA,andthehouseissubjecttoSurveyandMappingDivisionwhenbuildingiscompleted.

PartyAtransfersthelanduseareawithinthescopeofthishousetoPartyBatthesametimewhenPartyAsellsthishouse,thelanduseareawhichincludessharespropertyareais4.76㎡.AboveconstructionareaistemporarymeasuredbyPartyA,andthehouseissubjecttoSurveyandMappingDivisionwhenbuildingcompleted.

Article2PartyAandPartyBagreeiftheerrorbetweenactualmeasuredareaandtemporarymeasuredareaisnomorethan±

Article4IfPartyBfailstopayontimeaccordingtoAnnex3,PartyAhasrighttoaskPartyBforpenaltyforbreachofcontract.Suchoverduefinewillbecalculatedas0.3‰oftheduepaymenteverydayandfromtheseconddayaftertheexpirationoftimelimitfiraccountpayablehereoftothedayofactualpayment.Incaseofanoverdueexceeding30days,PartyAhastherighttoterminatethiscontract.ContractterminatingcomesintoeffectfromthedateofPartyAsendingnoticeinwrittentoPartyB.ThedownpaymentpaidbyPartyBisnotreturned.

Article5Whendelivered,PartyAshallsubmitBeijingCityConstructionEngineeringCertificateofFitnessissuedbyConstructionEngineeringQualitySupervisionDepartmentandactualareadatameasuredbySurveyandMappingDivisionatthesametime;
