Thispaperwillmakearesearchonandanalysistothedevelopmentprocessandbusinessmodelofbikesharing.Basedontheanalysisofthesepoints,itcanbeseenthatbikesharinghasalsoexperiencedtortuousdevelopment.Throughtheanalysisofdifferenttypesofsharingbicyclesindifferentperiods,peoplecanfurtherunderstanditsbusinessmodel.Thispaperwillalsoanalyzethebusinessmodelofbikesharingfromitsadvantagesanddisadvantages.Peoplecanalsogetthesuggestionsofsharingeconomyanditsproductsintheperiodofeconomicglobalization.Fromtheresearchandanalysisofthebusinessmodelofbikesharing,peoplecanalsocometoknowthechangesofinformationresourcesandbusinessresourcesintheeraofsharingeconomysoastodrawtheconclusionthatifbikesharingwantstodevelopcontinuously,thepeople,bikesharingenterprisesandthegovernmentneedtoworktogethertocommunicateandcooperatewitheachother.

Bikesharingisanewtypeoftransportationrentalbusiness.Itisatime-basedrentalmodeandanewtypeofgreensharingeconomy.Thebikesaremainlyputnearbythecampus,businessdistricts,subwaysandbusstations,andotherpublicserviceareas.In2016,withtherapiddevelopmentofmobileInternetandscienceandtechnology,Internetbikesharingbegantorise.“Itsemergencegreatlyoptimizestheuseandallocationofresources,whichcanbesaidtobeaneconomicandpracticalservice.”（Huang,2018）.Sowhyisbikesharingrisinginrecentyears?

Therapiddevelopmentofnetworktechnologyapplicationsisthefirstimportantfactor,justliketherapiddevelopmentofmobilepaymentinrecentyears,handlingallkindsofaffairscanberealizedbyusingmobileapplications,peoplearemoreandmoreskilledintheuseofmobileapplicationsandalsousedtousingmobileapplications,sotherapiddevelopmentofconvenientandfastmobileapplicationsisaveryimportantfactor.Thesecondfactoristhattherearemoreandmoresharingactivitiesspringingup,andsharingeconomyprovidesagoodopportunity.Soundertheinfluenceofglobalization,bikesharingmodehasattractedalargenumberofinvestors’attention.Inaddition,theoperationofsomesharingprojects,suchasDidiTaxiandUberisrelativelysuccessful.Sosharingeconomyhasattractedmoreandmoreattentionwiththetrendofthetimes.Thethirdfactoristhatourcountryhasalargepopulationbase,sotherearelotsofpeopleprefertouseindependenttransportation.Whenthereisonlyashortdistancetogettothedestination,bicycleswouldbethemostconvenienttransportationmeansandbepeople’stopriority.Comparedwiththebus,subway,cars,ridingthebicycleischeaperandmoreconvenient.Therefore,thebikesharingmodeservesmanypeoplewhoarewillingtoridebicyclestosolvetheproblemofshort-distancecommutingorshorttrip.Especiallyfortheyoungpeople,theyarethemainusersofthesharedbikes.Youngpeoplewhowouldliketofollowthenewtrendalsohavemorewillingnesstoacceptthisnewsharingeconomymode.“Combinedwiththesefactors,thedevelopmentofbikesharingsuddenlybecamepopular,atthesametime,thebusinessmodelofbikesharingisconstantlychangingtobebettermeettheneedsofthepeople.”（M.L.Li,2017）.
