三、引导同位语从句的that,whether,when,where,who,how,why等不等于或不能替换前面的名词或代词,这些引导词在同位语从句中均不能省略,引导同位语从句的连接副词when,where,who,how等在同位词从句中作状语时,有疑问意义。

that无实义不作句子成分（如上述例子）；

而定语从句的引导词要在从句中担任句子成分，that,which,who/whom等作从句宾语时常可省略。
