I.Propertyright

Thepropertyrightofleasedequipmentrelatedtothecontractisownedbytheleaser.

II.Contractduration

Thecontractwillnotbeterminateduntilthereturnofallleasedequipmentandthepaymentofrental.

IV.Therentalfeeiscalculatedfromthenextdaywhenthedumpersenteredintothesiteaccordingtoactualleaseterm.

VI.Rightsandobligationsofleaser

Thedumpersprovidedbytheleasermustbequalifiedwithcompleteprocedures;

orlosscausedbythereasonshallbebornebytheleaser.

VII.Rightsandobligationsofthelessee

Aftertheentranceofdumpersatthesiteofleaser,theleaserwillberesponsibleforthedumperstoavoidtheburglaryanddamageofaccessoriesofthedumpers.

ix.Responsibilitiesforbreachofthecontract

1.Thelesseemustpaytherentalonceamonthinaccordancewithmethodofsettlementstipulatedinthecontract,ifthelesseefailstopaytherental,theleaserisentitledtobantheuseofthedumpers,butthelesseestillneedtopaytherentalduringtheprohibitionperiod.Thetotalrentalfeeshallbesettledbeforetheleavingoftheequipment,ifthelesseedelaysandfailstopaytherental,hehastopaypenaltytotheleaserattherateof5%ofduerentalforeachdayofdelay.

2.Duringtheleaseterm,thelesseeisnotallowedtotransferorsublettheleasedequipmenttoPartyC,andheisprohibitedtoselloff,mortgageandclosedowntheleasedequipment,theleaserhastherighttoterminatethecontract,takebackallleasedequipmentifany,andthelesseewillberesponsibleforcorrespondinglegalliabilitiesandeconomiclosscausedbyhimself.X.Thearticlesofthecontractcomeintoeffectafterthesigningbybothparties.Thecontractin3pagesismadeinthreecopieswithtwocopiesforthelesseeandonecopyfortheleaser.
