4定义/Definitions

4.1计算机系统验证computerizedSystem

通过：

（1）执行验证原则、验证策略及验证计划和报告的生命周期活动；

（2）在系统的整个生命周期中采取适当的操作控制以达到并维持相关GXP法规且达到预期使用目的行动。

TheactivitytoachieveandmaintaincompliancewithapplicableGxPregulationsandfitnessforintendeduseby

（1）theabortionofprinciples,approaches,andlifecycleactiveswithintheframeworkofvalidationplansandreports,and

（2）theapplicationofappropriateoperationalcontrolsthroughoutlifeofthesystem.

4.2安装确认InstallationQualification

建立文件依据，以高置信度证明计算机系统和辅助系统符合相关的法规和批准的设计标准，并考虑了生产厂家的建议。

Establishdocumentedevidencewhichprovidesahighdegreeofconfidencethatthecomputerizedsystemandancillarysystemsarecompliantwithappropriatecodesandapproveddesignintentions,andthatmanufacturersaresuitablyconsidered.

4.3运行确认/OperationalQualification

建立文件依据，以高置信度证明计算机系统的操作在所有的预计操作内符合系统标准。

5程序/Procedure

5.1总体原则GeneralRequirement

5.1.1计算机系统包括软件/硬件（如工艺设备/系统的可编辑控制器或其他智能处理器）以作为设备或系统一部分进行了验证对此类计算机系统不再单独编写验证方案。

Computerizedsystems（softwareand/orhardware）.suchasprogrammablelogiccontrollers（PLC）orotherintelligentprocessors,thatarecomponentsofprocessingequipment/systemandarevalidatedadpartofthatequipment/systemdoesnotrequiredseparatecomputersystemvalidationprotocol.

5.1.2复杂的计算机系统可分为多个模块。

可对每个模块平行或连续进行验证。

Complexcomputerizedsystemsmaybestructuredintomultiplemodules.Eachmodulewillbevalidatedinparallelorconsecutively.

5.1.3如果使用模块化验证方法，要保证验证计划中定义了系统部件之间的链接及反应，并在系统的整个生命周期进行维持。

一个系统部件的变更可能会影响到其他部件的验证状态。

Amodularvalidationapproachshallensurethatalllinksandinteractionsbetweensystemcomponentsaredefinedduringvalidationplanningandmaintainedthroughoutthelifeofthesystem.Anychangestoonesystemcomponentmayaffectthevalidationofanthersystemcomponents.

5.2计算机系统的验证生命周期参见附录1。

5.2.1所有验证生命周期文件的编写、审核和批准职责参照附录2

Theresponsibilitiesofpreparation,reviewandapprovalofallvalidationlifecycledocumentsshallbeasdefinedinAppendix2.

5.2.2附录1所列的验证活动或文件未必适用于每个系统。

如果不适，要在系统验证计划中说明理由，并经过质量部部长的批准。

ThenecessityofeachactivityordeliverablemaynotbeapplicabletoallsystemsasspecifiedinAppendix1.Ifdeemednotapplicable,rationalemustbedocumentedandapprovedbyQMDirectorinthesystem’sValidationPlan.

5.2.3验证活动或文件的名称未必与规定的一样，只要达到预期的目的也可接受。

Activityordeliverabletitlesmayalsobedifferentthanasspecifiedanditisacceptableaslongastheintentionoftheactivitiesisdemonstrated.

5.2.4每个计算机系统生命周期的选择取决于系统评估报告、用户需求及软件和硬件的分类级别。

Thevalidationlifecyclechosenforeachsystemisbasedonthesystemassessmentreport.UserRequirementsSpecification（URS）andthesoftwareandhardwarecategorydeterminedforthecomputerizedsystem.

5.2.5同一级别软件所采用的验证生命周期需一致，并且与其级别相符。
