Nextday,IreceivedaphonecallfromZhuhaiMiddleSchool.Theteacheraskedmetohaveaninterviewat2:

Procedure:

Step1:

Tellthestudentsabouttheactualprocedurepeoplegenerallyfollowwhenlookingforajob.

Whenpeoplelookforajob,theyusuallyfollowthefollowingprocedures:

1）Readthe“WantAds”inthenewspapersforsuitablevacancies.

2）Phoneorwrite,dependingontheinstructionsgiveninthead,thecontactperson.

3）Thecontactperson,eithertheemployerhimselforarepresentativeofhis,willadvisetheapplicantaboutthejobifithasnotyetbeentaken,andgranttheapplicantaninterviewifheorshechoosesto.Occasionallyaninterviewmaytakeplacebyphone,butmostoftenthecontactpersonwouldwanttoseetheapplicantorviceversa.

4）Ifaninterviewisgranted,theapplicantwillbeaskedmanyquestionsbothpersonalandprofessionalsothattheemployercandecidewhetherornottheapplicantissuitableforthejob.Theapplicantmayalsoaskquestionsasheorshe,too,mustmakesureaboutthesuitabilityofthejob.
