populationof3800people,2381acresofarableland,0.63acresofarablelandpercapita,fewerpeopleandmore,thepercapitanetincomeoffarmers2350yuan,inthelowerlevel.Although

inrecentyearsthevillagepovertyalleviationfundshavesomeinput,butinthefaceofthelivingenvironmentofpoor,weakinfrastructure,culturalandmedicalfacilitieslag,singleindustrialstructure,poorabilitytoresistnaturaldisasters,awiderangeofpoverty,poorvillagesdeeppovertycannotbechangedobviously,sorelyonnationalpolicyproposedbythecentralspeciallotterytotheimplementationofthewhole
