　　6.1Ifanyclaimsregardingmerchandiseshippedshouldbefiledwithin60daysuponthearrivalofgoodsatportofdestination.

　　若有任何有关此批装船货物的索赔发生，请于货物运抵目的港60日以內提出。

6.2产品到达目的地，因生产质量问题无法使用的，由卖方承担损失。

7．Arbitration

　　仲裁:

　　Anydisputesarisingfromtheexecutionof,orinconnectionwiththiscontractshallbesettledamicablythroughfriendlynegotiationsbetweenbothparties.Incasenosettlementcanbereachedwithin21daysthroughnegotiation,thecaseshallbesubmittedtotheForeignTradeArbitrationcommissionofthechinacouncilforthepromotionalInternationalTrade,forarbitration,inaccordancewithitsprovisionruleofprocedure.Thearbitralawardshallbeacceptedasfinalandbindinguponbothparties.Thearbitrationfeeshallbebornebythelosingparty.

　　本合同在执行过程中引起的，或与本合同有关的任何争议将由双方友好协商解决。

如果就争议双方在21天内未协商达成一致，应提交中国国际贸易促进委员会对外贸易仲裁委员会根据该会的仲裁程序暂行规则进行仲裁.仲裁结果对双方都是最终的，有约束力的。

仲裁费用由败诉方承担。

　　8.1本合同附件与本合同为同一合同不可分割的部分，具有同等法律效力。

　　本学院负责组织外语学院教职工办公室家具更换工程，经中南民族大学校团委批准，实行公开招标，择优选定承包单位，现将招标有关事项通告如下：

　　一、内容

外语学院办公室家具更换，坐落于武汉市洪山区民族大道。

（2）工程主要内容：

每个办公室需要两台电脑，两套办公桌，一套会客沙发，一套茶几，总共有30个办公室。

办公家具质量要求应符合国家施工验收规范。
