1.Definition定义
1.1InthisContract,thefollowingtermsshallbeinterpretedasindicatedhereafter:
本合同中，下列术语应解释如下：
1）The“Contract”meanstheagreemententeredintobetweentheBuyer、theEnd-userandtheSeller
whichindicatetheright,obligation,liabilityofthreepartiesandsignedbythreeparties,including
allAnnexestheretoandalldocumentsincorporatedbyreferencetherein.
“合同”系指买方、卖方及最终用户三方签署的、载明各方权利、义务、责任的协议，包括
其所有附件和所提到的构成合同的有关文件。
2）The“ContractPrice”meansallpricespayabletotheSellerundertheContractforthefullandproper
performanceofitsContractualobligations.
“合同价格”系指根据本合同规定卖方完全并正确地履行合同义务后买方支付给卖方的所有价
款。
3）The“Goods”meansallofthesparepartswhichtheSellerisrequiredtosupplytotheBuyerundertheContractandtechnicaldocumentsetc.
“货物”系指卖方在本合同项下应向买方交付的全部零配件以及技术文件等。
4）“TCC”meanstheTermsandConditionsofContractcontainedinthissection.
“TCC”系指本合同条款和条件。
5）The“IncidentalServices”meansthoseservicesancillarytothesupplyoftheGoods,suchas
transportationandinsurance,andanyotherincidentalservices,suchasprovisionoftechnicalassistanceetc.
“伴随服务”系指根据本合同规定与供应货物有关的辅助服务，如运输、保险以及任何其它
的伴随服务，例如提供技术援助等。
6）The“Buyer”（theConsignee）meansInnerMongoliaMachineryEquipmentCompletingCo.,Ltd.
