AcalibrationFaultcodeisPresent.一个校正故障代码出现注意:
故障代码不能在仪表显示,它可以在H菜单中HB模式
NOTE:
TheFaultcodewillnotbedisplayedonthescreen,butcanbeviewedinHmenumodeHB
Thenonvolatilememoryhasbeenreset(H8)inthecontroller.不能变换的记忆可以通过H8重置控制器
Afterafullmemoryreset,inH8,itwillbenecessarytoperformthetractorconfigurationprocedure.Refer
toH3intheHMenuChapterControlmoduleStaticdescription(A.50.A).H8记忆重置后需要通过H3配置控制模块
Themicroprocessorhasbeenreplaced.更换微处理器后
APWMsolenoidvalvehasbeenreplaced.PWM电磁阀更换后
Apotentiometerhasbeenreplaced.电位计更换后
Amechanicalrepairhasbeeneffected.机械修理完成后
TRANSMISSIONTheshiftqualityorclutchfeatherabilityhasnoticeablydeteriorated.只适用于变速箱,离合器转换粗暴
EDCONLYAnewliftarmpotentiometerisfitted,inwhichcaseerrorcode1024willhavetobeinducedby
disconnectingthepotentiometerwiththekeyswitchinthe"
ON"
positionandthenreconnectingit.Electronic
controlBadcalibration(H.10.D).后悬挂一个新的提升臂电磁阀安装,钥匙ON断开的电位计引起故障代码1024
SetUpProcedure:

Priortoconductingaclutchandsynchronisercalibration,thefollowingpointsshouldbechecked:
离合器校正之前应检查如下
ThetransmissionoilisatthecorrecttemperaturethiscanbecheckedinmodeH1.Alltransmissionsshould
becalibratedbetween60105°
C变速箱油温正确,通过H1模式查看,所有的变速箱温度应该在60-105°
C
Theparkingbrakeisapplied.结合手刹车
Theairconditioning(iffitted)isswitchedoff.驾驶室空调开关关闭
Allelectricalandhydraulicservicesaredeselected.所有的电气和液压工作关闭
ElectronicLiftonlyAweightofapproximately200Kgisplacedontheliftarms(toovercomeanyresistance
oftheliftlinkage).只适用于电子后悬挂200公斤的重量在提升臂上(克服提升臂提升阻力)
ElectronicliftonlyAllEDCcontrolsareturnedfullyclockwise.电子后悬挂所有的控制旋钮完全顺时针旋转
ElectronicliftonlyTheraise/workswitchispositionedintheWORKposition.电子后悬挂提升工作开关在工作位置
Ifthesetupprocedurehasnotbeenfollowedcorrectlya“U"
FaultCodewillbedisplayed.如果设置程序没有完成,
RefertoELECTRONICSYSTEMStaticdescription(A.50.A).U故障代码显示,参照电子系统描述
