Checkthebalanceforvisualclean,withoutsundries.ConnectAnalyticalBalancetothepower;
turniton,warm-upforabout30minutes.
目视检查天平表面清洗，无杂物。
接通电源，打开天平开关，预热约30分钟。

Unloadtheweightingpanandpress“on”key.
空载秤盘，点击“On”键。

每天第一个操作天平的人参照《分析天平校准规则》（附件B）对天平进行校准。

每次使用前，按照《分析天平日常核查规则》（附件C）对天平进行核查。

将样品放在秤盘正中，等待稳定状态探测符“。

天平不使用时，按住“Off”键不放直到显示屏上出现“Off”字样，再松开键，天平即关闭。

每月将《分析天平的使用记录》送交QA复核，复核后在AC归档保存。
Note:
Howlongshouldthisrecordsbereserveddependsonclients’requirement.Iftheclientdidnotrequireit,keepthemfor5yearsandinformtheclientbeforedestroyingtherecords./保存时间以客户要求为主，如客户无要求，则保存5年，销毁前通知客户。

RegulationforAnalyticalBalanceDailyCalibration
分析天平的每日校准规则
1.Thebalancemustbeturnedonfor30minutesbeforeverification.Preparerequiredcalibrationweightready.校准前30分钟开机以达到工作温度。
准备好校准用砝码。
2.Unloadweighingpan.KeepPressing<
CAL>
buttonuntil“CAL”appearsinthedisplay.Releasekey.Therequiredcalibrationweightvalueflashesinthedisplay./让秤盘空载，按住<
直到出现该字样后松开，所需的校正砝码值会在显示屏上闪烁。
3.Placetherequiredcalibrationweightinthecenterofpan.Thebalanceadjustsitselfautomatically.When“0.0000g”flashes,removetheadjustmentweight./放上所需校正砝码在秤盘的中心位置，天平自动的进行校正。
当“0.0000g”闪烁时移去砝码。
4.Thecalibrationisfinishedandpasswhen“CALdone”appearsbrieflyinthedisplay,followedby“0.0000g”,thebalanceisbacktoweighingmode,calibrationdone./当在显示屏上短时间出现“CALdone”，紧接着出现“0.0000g”时，校准结束并通过，天平回到称量方式，校准完毕。
5.Fillinthedailycalibrationrecordin<

，youmustfillindate,time，operatorandfill“calibrationpassorfail”inthenotecolumn，crossouttheothercolumns.于《分析天平的使用记录》里填写校准记录，写上日期，姓名，于备注一栏里填写passorfail，划掉其他栏。
