I.INTRODUTION

III.METHOD

A.Destroythebrainandthespinalcordofthetoadbystylet:

Penetrateintotheoccipital

apertureuprightwithstylet,destroyedthebrainupwards,takebackthestyletanddestroythespinaldownwards.Ifthelimboftoadwererelaxed,itshowedthatthebrainandspinalweredestroyedcompletel.y

E.Makethemagneticintension1,0eTlectricize10s.Stimulatethetoadheartandrecordthepulsatilecurve.

IV.RESULTS

Theabscissaofcardiacrhythmicpulsatilecurveistime,theordinateisconstrictionpower.

Takenotesforthepulsatilecurveoftoadheartthatexposedjust.Wecanknowtherhythmic

pulsatilecycleofthetoadheartis1.5sfromfig1whichshowthecardiacrhythmicpulsatilecurveofthetoadwhichwasexposedtheheartjustnow.Therearetwowavesineachcycle,oneisatriawave,theotherisventriclewave.Theatriawaveis0.5sandtheventriclewaveis1.0s.Theconstrictionpowerofatriaislessthanthatofventricle.Theamplitudeofconstrictionpowerofventricleisthe2timesoftheatria.
