本文提倡中学英语教师摈弃教学中陈旧的应试教育模式，提倡用有效的导入的策略。

WiththereformofjuniormiddleschoolEnglishtextbooksinrecentyears,werecognizethenecessityforreformsinEnglishteaching.Undersuchcircumstances,manyteachersandeducators,whohavetheforesight,havebeenengagedintheresearchofnewteachingapproaches,whichcanbeadaptedtothenewtextbook.However,teachersareforcedtoteachthenewtextbookwitholdmethods,becauseofthe“baton”ofcollegeentranceexamination.Furthermore,oldmethodsofassessmentarestillbeingusedtoevaluatetheteachinglevelofaschoolorateacher,whichresultsinmanyteachers’lazinessandfearforreforms.Theyadoptthepaststructuredteaching.Actually,theyareignoringanddisobeyingtherequirementofcultivatingstudents’abilityoflanguagecommunication.Insteadofleadingin，manyteachersjustcometothepointdirectly,explaininggrammarandvocabularyandthendoingsomemechanicalvocabularyexercisesandtrainingsentencepatterns.Thus,foralongtime,theever-lastinganddullteachingmethodsnowonderwouldgiverisetostudents’wearinessandlossofinterestinstudy,whichdirectlyinfluencestheimprovementofclassroomefficiency.

Fromthis,thereshouldberesearchesonthenewNationalEnglishCurriculum’srequirementforjuniormiddleschoolEnglishteachingamongteachersandtheyshouldmakeeffortstosearchfornewteachingmethodssuitableforthenewtextbook.Classroomteachingisanartwithmanyintegratinginformative,interesting,ideologicalandartisticaspects.Onlywhenitiscarriedoutwell,canitimprovetheclassroomefficiencyandarousestudents’interestinstudy.Actually,amongthefactorsthataffectclassroomefficiencyandstimulatestudents’interest,afive-minutelead-inplaysaveryimportantrole.Asthefirststeptowardsbuildingtherelationshipbetweenteachersandstudents,aswellasthewarm-upexercisesduringthewholeteachingactivities,thislead-incanmaketheentireteachinggosmoothlyandharmoniously.Undoubtedly,onceateacherwinsthestudents’attention,enthusiasmforstudyandinterest,heorshewillachievehalfsuccessofclassroomteaching.

Sincethethoughtfootholdofteachersandteachingcontentaredifferent,accordingly,thereareavarietyoflead-ins.Todealwitheitherthepastoldtextbookorthepresentnewtextbook,teachersarerequiredtoreachanemotionalgoalintheprocessofteaching.Therefore,theapproachoflead-inswhichcenteronemotionwouldbethefirststeptoreachthegoalofemotionalteaching.Diesterweg,aGermaneducator,oncepointedoutthattheartofteachingaimsnotatpassingonability,butstimulating,arousing,andencouraging（Bloom,20
