Abstract:

Intoday'suniversitycampuses,“feelingsboring”seemtohavebecomeapetphraseamongstudents.Freshmendonotknowwhattodoatschool,sophomoreknowwhattheyshoulddobuttheydonotwanttodo,juniorwanttodosomethingbuthavenotime,seniorhavethetimebutgraduate.Thisjinglehasbecometheportrayalofreallifeintheuniversityforalongtime.ThenIwillgivethereasonwhythecollegestudentsfeelboredomandtheinappropriatewaystheydealwithboredom.Everyoneknowsthatcollegelifeisveryimportanttothestudent.SoIgetsomemeasuresfromspecialistandasuccessfulmantohelpstudentstodealingwithboredom.

Iamauniversitystudent;atleastIknowIamnot.SometimesIreallyfeltdepressed,frustrated,empty,lostidealsoflife.Butifthatistheresultofwell-offlife,mightaswellsaythisbecausetoomuchunderstandingofthecommunitycanonlychoosetoavoid.Wealsostrugglewiththeabilityofthissociety,butwealsohavetofacethiscommunity!

Theexplanationof“boring”isthespiritofemptiness,relyingonnothing.Undisciplinedthinkingandnoclearlifegoalisacommonphenomenonamongtoday’scollegestudents.

Accordingtothesurvey,16.3%ofstudentsdonotknowwhytheyfeelboring,51.2%ofstudentsfeelboringbecausethereisnogoaloflife.Theycannotfindthemotivationtolearn.Thecurrentsituationisnotsatisfactory,thegapbetweenidealandrealityistoofaraccountedfor23.6%,andevenasmallpartofstudentsdepressedbecausetheydonothavelover.Ingeneral,alargenumberofstudentsisfreshmanorsophomore,inhighergradesarerelativelylow.Aseniorstudentsaid,"Perhaps,wemayhavebeentiredofnumb."

Universitylifeismonotonous,thequalityoflifeisnothigh,somestudentsdidnotpro-activeself-consciousness,theydonotknowwhattodo,andneverconcernedabouttheschoolactivities,ornoawarenesstoparticipateintheseissues.Theabsenceoftimelyandeffectivesolution,onthelearningofstudents,living,aswellasthedevelopmentoffutureemploymentandlifewillhaveatremendousnegativeimpact.However,intheprocessofchangeinthisstate,thestudentsoftenandeasytoentererrors.

Thenetworklikeabridgehelpstudentstolinkthecommunityandtheworld,however,whengroupsofstudentssurftheinternet,surftheinternethasbecomeamajorwaystudentsspendtheirtimeafter-school,thecauseofthisphenomenoncannotbeignored.Manystudentsindulgeinvirtualworld,sitforseveralhoursinfrontofcomputer;Evenworse,thecartbeforethehorse,somestudentssleepduringthedaywhilesurftheinternetatnight.Atthesametime,theimperfectionsofthemanagementofnetworktechnologygivecriminalsanaccesstospreadharmfulinformationsuchaspornography,gamble,drugs,evil.Networkisbecominganimportantincentiveforstudentsofcrime.

Howtoeffectivelyusethevastnetworkofinformationresources,inadditiontotherightguideofschoolsandstrengthenthenetworkmanagement,moreimportantly,itdependsonthestudentsthemselves,toimprovetheabilitytoidentifyandestablishacorrectideology.

Finally,ProfessorZhusaidthatboredoccasionallyisnormal,butboringasacontinuinglong-termstateisabnormal.Therefore,hehopedthatstudentscanadjustassoonaspossible,andactivelyintegrateintouniversitylifefromcomingoutofboredom.
