ThisTechnicalCustomerDocumentationcontainsallcharacteristicvaluesandtestsofthereleased
steeringwheelanglesensor,whichdescribeitsfunctioningasacomponentwithintheElectronic
StabilityProgram"ESP"forpassengervehiclesunderthedescribedambientconditions.
Trouble-prooffunctioningofthesensorisguaranteedonlyinconnectionwiththeappropriate
systemcomponentsforthespecificvehicle(seecoversheet).
Functioningisspecifiedundertheindividuallylistedambientconditionsandoperatingconditions.
Thecharacteristicvaluesaretypicalminimumvalueswhichmustbereachedafterthelistedtests
withexceptionofdestroyingtests.
Thetestsmustneitherleadtopermanentdamage,nortochangesofaccuracyto
sizeandofthematerialpropertiesimpairingthefunctioningofthesensor.

시험에대한내용을담고있다.

(II)Characteristicvaluesanddesignvalidationtestconditionsforreleasetesting.
(III)Characteristicvalueswhichareprovenbyin-processtestsandproductauditswhich
accompaniestheproductionprocess.
(IV)Testperformedatleastonetimeindesignvalidation(DVT)withminimumoneC-sample.
센서의기능과시험방법을설명하는특성값은다음네가지로분류된다.
(I)인터페이스및어플리케이션을설명하는특성값
(II)시험을공표하기위한설계검증시험조건및특성값
(III)생산과정에수반되는생산검사및생산라인에서의시험에의해검증되는특성값
(IV)최소하나이상의C-샘플로적어도한번이상설계검증시험중에수행되는시험
1.3Classificationoffunctionalstatus(ISO7637)기능동작상태에대한분류
ClassA:
Allfunctionsofadevice/systemareperformedasdesignedduringandafterexposure
todisturbance.
ClassB:
Allfunctionsofadevice/systemareperformedasdesignedduringexposure;however,
oneoremoreofthemcangobeyondspecifiedtolerance.
Allfunctionsreturnautomaticallytowithinnormallimitsafterexposureisremoved.
MemoryfunctionsshallremainClassA.
ClassC:
Afunctionofadevice/systemisnotperformedasdesignedduringexposurebut
returnsautomaticallytonormaloperationafterexposureisremoved.
ClassD:
Afunctionofadevice/systemisnotperformedasdesignedduringexposureanddoes
notreturntonormaloperationuntilexposureisremovedandthedevicesystemis
resetbysimple“operator/use”action.
ClassE:
Oneormorefunctionsofadevice/systemisnotperformedasdesignedduringand
afterexposureandcannotbereturnedtoproperoperationwithoutrepairingor
replacingthedevice/system.
ClassA:
왜란에노출되는동안/후에시스템/장치의모든기능이설계된대로동작함.
ClassB:
왜란에노출되는동안시스템/장치의모든기능이설계된대로동작;그러나한가지
이상이규정된오차를벗어날수있음.
왜란이제거된후제한시간안에모든기능들이자동적으로정상복귀.
메모리기능들은ClassA로유지되어야함.
ClassC:
왜란에노출되는동안시스템/장치의기능이설계된대로동작하지않지만,왜란이
제거된후정상동작상태로자동복귀함.
ClassD:
장치/시스템의기능이왜란에노출되는동안에설계된대로동작하지않고,왜란이
제거되고조작자에의해reset이되어서야정상동작으로복귀함.
ClassE:
왜란에노출중및왜란제거후에도시스템/장치의하나이상의기능이설계된대로
동작하지않고시스템/장치의수리또는재장착이이루어질때까지복귀되지않음.
1.4Remarks주의사항
Thevehicletypeisdefinedatthecoversheet-adifferentapplicationisnotpermitted.
Misuseofthesensormayleadtoacriticalstateofthesystem.
HyundaiMobisdoesnotacceptanyresponsibilityandclaimsduetomisuseforapplications
otherthaninthereleasedones.
Incaseofdamagetothesteeringsystem,thesteeringwheelanglesensormustalsobe
replaced.
Itisnotpermittedtohavethesensorrepairedbytheafter-salesservice.
Non-observancemayleadtoacriticalstateofthesystem.

현대모비스는공표된사항이외의오용에의한어떠한책임이나손해배상을받아들이지않는다.
조향시스템에손상이있는경우조향각센서는교환되어야한다.

2.1Measuringprinciple측정원리
Anoncontact,analoganglesensorcarryingoutabsolutemeasuringbytheuseoftheAnisotropic-
Magneto-Resistiveeffect(AMR).
Measuringoftheabsoluteanglebymeansofatoothedmeasuringgearwithmagneticpropertiesin
combinationwithdifferentratios.CorrespondingAMRelementsthatchangetheirelectrical
resistanceaccordingtothemagneticfielddirectiondetecttheanglepositionofthemeasuringgears.
Amicro-controllerdecodesthemeasuredvoltagesignalsafterA/Dconvertingwiththehelpofa
mathematicalfunction.OutputofthedigitalanglevalueandvelocityviaCAN-interface
비접촉식아날로그조향각센서는AMR효과를이용하여절대각을측정한다.
자기적성질과결합되어서로다른비율을갖는측정기어를이용하여절대각을측정함.
자기장의방향에따라그전기적저항이변화하는대응된AMR소자는측정기어의각도위치를
검출한다.
마이크로컨트롤러는수학적인연산기능을통해A/D변환된측정전압신호를해석한다.
디지털각도와각속도는CAN을통해출력된다.
