Don'treinstall-you'lljustendupinthesameplace.Iactuallysawthisonmyownmachine,andsomethingismessingwithsecurity.Toputitbacktothewayitshouldbe（andhaveitwork）,dothefollowing,inthisorder:

1.Opentheregistryeditortothefollowingkey-HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AppID\{ADA41B3C-C6FD-4A08-8CC1-D6EFDE67BE7D}

2.Changethepermissionsonthekeyitselfbyright-clickingonthe{ADA41B3C-C6FD-4A08-8CC1-D6EFDE67BE7D}key,andselecting"permissions" 

3.Thiswillopenupapermissionsdialogbox.Clickthe"Advanced"button:

4.Thekeyisownedbytrustedinstaller-thisneedstochangebeforewecontinue,soclickthe"Change"link:

5.Assumingtheaccountyou'reusingispartoftheAdministratorsgroup,justtypein"Administrators"intheboxandclickthe"OK"button:

6.Clickthe"Apply"button,thenclickthe"OK"buttonsuntilthepermissionsdialogwindowcloses:

7.Youwillneedtoright-clicktheregistrykeyagain（fromstep2）andselect"Permissions"againfromthelist:

8.With"Administrators"highlighted,clicktoplaceacheckintothe"FullControl"/"Allow"box:

9.Clickthe"Apply"button,thenclick"OK"againuntilthepermissionsdialogwindowcloses:

10.Now,gotothestartscreenandtype"dcomcnfg"-thisshouldshowupinthesearch,andyouwillneedtoclickonittoopentheComponentServiceswindow.

11.OncetheComponentServiceswindowisopen,browsetoConsoleRoot>ComponentServices>Computers>MyComputer>DCOMConfig,andfind"WPNSrumonServer"fromtheiconlist-right-clickonthisiconandselect"Properties":

12.Clickthe"Security"tab,andclickthe"Edit"buttoninthe"LaunchandActivationPermissions"section:

13.Clickthe"Add"button:

14.Typeintheusernamefromyourerrordialog*exactly*asitappearsintheerrordialogfromtheeventviewer（forexample,I'musing"Administrator"here,butifyourerrormessagesays"\Donald",thentheusernameyouwouldusewouldbe"Donald"）-again,I'musingtheuser"Administrator"asanexamplehere;replacewithyourusernamefromyourmachineasnecessary,andclickthe"OK"button:

15.Withthatnewuseryouenteredselectedfromthe"Grouporusernames"list,clicktoplaceacheckinthe"LocalActivation"/"Allow"box:

16.Clickthe"OK"button:

17.Clickthe"Apply"button,thenkeepclicking"OK"toclosethepermissionswindow:

Reboot,andtheerrorshouldgoaway（you'vejustgiventheuseraccountinyourerrormessagethepermissionsit'scomplainingaboutmissing）.
