　　9.advertisingandexpensespartyashallbearallexpensesforadvertisingandpublicityinconnectionwiththecommodityinquestioninsingaporewithinthevalidityofthisagreement,andshallsubmittopartyaallaudioandvideomaterialsintendedforadvertisingforprior
