硬盘电源接口引起阵脚起焊的故障排除

笔者一台电脑开机自检比较顺利，但系统检测不到硬盘，而无法进入系统，笔者开始从怀疑是系统文件损坏。

于是准备重装系统，但照旧检测不到硬盘，于是判定可能是硬盘硬件问题，像硬盘电源接口虚焊,硬盘电源接口阵脚起焊问题较为常见。

下面是笔者的检测过程。

故障现象

一台能够正常使用的电脑，有段时间偶尔会找不到硬盘，但问题不是很严重，仍能凑合使用。

某日电脑开机自检比较顺利，但系统无论如何都检测不到硬盘，反复重启多次均无任何起色。

以前的故障主要表现在以下几个方面。

1、一般情况下电脑都能正常使用。

有是不小心移动机箱位置，再次启动电脑，在系统自检时就会检测不到硬盘，而且硬盘指示灯常亮，听不到主轴马达和点击的声音，无法进入操作系统，但轻轻移动机箱或轻轻拍打机箱，便有可能恢复正常。

2、读写大量数据时比较容易死机，几乎每次重启后造成分区表文件和FAT文件的丢失，并会丢失硬盘中的重要文件、音乐和图片等。

3、开机时随机性出现磁头无法正常寻零、硬盘不断发出嗒嗒的撞击声，硬盘指示灯常亮，系统锁死，无法进入操作系统，需要反复中期多次方有可能恢复正常。

故障分析

出现上述故障有可能是硬盘存在硬件问题或者是为硬盘供电的电源存在问题。

1、运行HDTune硬盘检测软件进入其主界面，然后切换到健康选项中，查看该硬盘的健康

状态，结果一切良好，未发现任何问题，于是怀疑是电源供电不足。

2、使用替换法，换上一个好用的机箱电源进行试验，发现故障仍然存在，证明电源没有问

题。

3、于是将硬盘取下，观察故障所在。

首先检查接口和电路板，发现均无异样，但故障现象

表现硬盘供电方面存在问题。

、使用万能表检测电源接口引脚，检测第4根阵脚时，发现该阵脚成短路状态。

5、观察电路板与阵脚间的焊接点，发现其中，12V电源阵脚与电路板的焊接点已经起焊，

估计是经常插拔电源线所致。

不能得到正常的供电或在正常运作时突然断电，而在硬盘电路中12V电压主要供电机使用，

这意味着在硬盘高速运转时随时都有可能突然断电而停止转动，因而引发前面一系列故障。

7、使用内六角螺丝刀将电路板从硬盘拆下，然后使用热风枪将起焊处焊接好。
