1）Governmentshaveestablishedlawstoprotecttheair,forestsandsearesources.Plantmoregreeneryandplants,andbuildfull-scale（全面的）afforestation（造林）ofsurroundingareas.

Inordertopreservewaterandsoilandimpovetheecologicalenvironment,peoplearetakingtheopportunityoftheGreatWesternDevelopmentProgramtopushforwardtheprogramsofreturningthecultivatedlandtoforestorpasture（退耕还林）,andnaturalforestprotection.
